I feel as though a lot of our time is spent on helping clients navigate the portal, entering their insurance and payment information etc. It there a document I can download and share or a video for clients I can add to our intake emails to help them understand more and eliminate the time spent on helping them?  Or do I have to just copy and past all of the parts they have in the experience hub and create my own?  The challenge is we don’t have the client view of the portal only our therapist view. Let me know if anyone has done this.

 Defect FixesClaim File Indicator Code Missing Claim Filing Indicator codes will now correctly appear in Loop 2000B of the 837 claim. Previously, these codes were missing. Notes Appearing as Abbreviated The Daily Note will now default to the Normal format unless all payers for a client’s case and visit are set to Abbreviated note format. In that scenario, the Daily Note will be Abbreviated. Transactions report filter “is not blank" not working for payment_method We resolved a problem where the Is Not Blank for Payment Method in the Transactions report did not work correctly. When applied, blank rows are now properly excluded.  Unable to View Incomplete Documents When trying to re-assign documents from an inactive user to an active user, the Documents window displayed a loading icon and eventually a “Whoops” error due to query timeouts. To help with this issue, a workaround was implemented to initially load only Draft documents by default to prevent timeouts on large databases. 

Hi Team,We are evaluating the possibility of integrating a solution with TenEleven eCR to support submission of clinical notes/documents into the patient health record.Our use case involves pushing clinical notes or documents from our system into TenEleven using an HL7 v2 interface — specifically as either an MDM or ORU message type.While exploring your API documentation, we could only locate FHIR endpoints documentation that appear to support read‑only GET operations. Could you please confirm: Does TenEleven support an HL7 v2 interface (MDM/ORU) or similar mechanism for pushing clinical notes or documents into the eCR? If not currently supported, is there a possibility or plan to enable such support — or an alternative secure endpoint that allows document submission from external systems? Is there a standard or ideal way to set up psychologists in the system? Is there a difference between psychologist and other clinicians (therapists)? Also, can psychologists have different documents in their ‘standard’ documents compared to other clinicians?

Is there a way to set alerts or notifications for a Supervisee to sign/complete reports?Our clinic has practicum students and interns that complete documentation that is reviewed by supervisors. The process for giving them feedback is cumbersome and can present privacy & security challenges if the supervisor and supervisee are not able to meet synchronously to review. Is there plan for adding functionality to allow a supervisor to provide feedback on a documentation and return it to the staff to correct - and then route back for signature? (similar to the way the Supervisor gets the alert and can sign their reports? Then the report would get returned to the Supervisor for final signature. 

Are Theranest clients able to complete general documents (ie, intake, credit card, insurance, etc) after the client is archived?

While there are a number of reports in Theranest/Ensora, they do not meet the needs of the practice. There are a large number of discrete data fields within Theranest that can be used in making customized reports. When will functionality for customized reports be enabled? In the “old community forum” it has been brought up many times over the years and there are over 600 votes for it. This is a basic capability that is needed to manage business and clinical operations. We completed a review of all reports to identify the data elements in each of them to see if it contains information that we need. Hi all, I’ve had several new clients report the same thing about signing up for an account in theranest. First, they rarely receive the first invitation or it goes to spam. If I send them the sign up or login link directly to their email, they still struggle and receive error messages. Some of my clients are savvy enough because they work in tech, and they’ve even tried to request a new password. Nothing works and I’ve had the same report from four different tech savvy new clients. I’ve reached out to tech support and they basically quoted the help page which I’ve already followed multiple times. It’s really aggravating for busy people to keep encountering this problem. Anyone else had this issue? Am I missing something? Any help appreciated. Thanks!
