We use lots of dynamic forms and they are helpful.But we really need to be able to create a new form that will prepopulate a custom field in a new form by linking it to an existing standard field in Theranest (just like we can already do with Client Name date of birth,etc.)So when the custom form is displayed/printed/(exported?) it just takes whatever is in that linked standard field already and inserts it.(doesnt save it in the custom form field).Everyone could use this feature to help automate processes and minimize thrashing around in the Thera program for certain key data used frequently in the practice.So all those developer requests for "Add custom options for dynamic forms" would go away with users able to get what they need!anyone like this??

Customer maintaince portal i do have  user name and passwird but i don’t have user name ?  what is that ? 

hellowe have recently added these 2 related needs to New features needed but response was unavailable now:-Download multiple files-Download multiple folders w/multiple folders & filesWe need to dnld multiple files and folders from general documents tab for managing data outside Theranest. It is a burden to not have this basic file/folder manipulation capability.Does anyone have a way around it other than “one at a time”??

I recently had to update my payment method for my Ensora subscription and now text reminders aren’t going out. I have checked the settings in my profile and email reminders are turned on but I don’t see anywhere to turn text reminders back on. I really rely on that feature so my clients are able to cancel via text 24-hours prior to their appointment time. This setting is turned on (see attached screenshot) but it’s not clear whether it’s email or text. I previously had emails go out 48-hours prior to the appointment and texts go out 24-hours prior. Help please?

I have been unable to use the website properly for my scheduled VA appointments as there is always a notice saying my camera and don't have access. I have changed my settings to allow access and I also had Verizon verify my settings were correct. I am able to use my camera and mic on other besides this site. I am requesting help with this issue, please and thank you!

Customize the SOAP Note by adding additional custom fields. When attempting to send an Eligibility Report for a payer we currently only have the option to add our Group NPI as the “Provider” instead of each clinician’s NPI as a provider.  How do I add each clinician’s NPI to these requests?  Their NPI’s are listed in their user profiles.

From time to time, users will be asked to log out for routine server maintenance. This ensures your system is always functioning at the highest level.  IMPORTANT: Any unsaved documentation or items could be permanently lost (removed, deleted) during maintenance. It is highly recommended that all users follow the best practices of saving often and always logging out at the end of every work day.   FAQsWhy do I have to be logged out during server maintenance? Logging out before server maintenance begins allows users to make sure they have saved all their data and reduces risk of data loss.   How often is service maintenance conducted? There is no set time frame for server maintenance.   What happens if I am logged in or I have unsaved documentation or items when the server maintenance begins? You will be kicked out of the system and any unsaved documentation or information could be lost. IMPORTANT: Unsaved data or documentation cannot be recovered and will be permanently lost.

If a voided claim was submitted and the insurance company requests a new claim to process without a corrected claim or voided claim code attached, you can resubmit the claim. Click Billing in the side navigation. Click Claims. Click the Accepted tab. Select the claim, click Update Status, then change the status to Denied. Click the Rejected/Denied tab. Click Update Status, then select Resubmit New Claim. Select the Resubmission details not required for this claim checkbox.  IMPORTANT: Selecting this checkbox prevents the resubmission of a corrected or voided claim code. Click Resubmit & Create New Claim.    The claim is moved to the Resubmitted tab and will transmit to the clearinghouse within 24 hours.
