Anyone using multiple Ensora products?

Our practice uses Ensora Rehab Therapy (formerly Fusion) to manage the practice, scheduling and billing for OT/ST/ABA therapy; and  Ensora Data Collection (Catalyst). Scheduling ABA Therapy in Rehab Suite is proving to be a challenge as we grow the program, due to nuances such as supervision. Is anyone using Rehab with ABA and Catalyst together, even though we’ve been told they don’t integrate completely? If so, would love to know how it’s working, and if you are satisfied.

ePrescribe Prescription Failure Alert

This might be a product suggestion unless there’s a way to do it in the platform that I’m not seeing. I would love to know if there is a way to send the doctors an email or some other alert to let them know if a prescription failed to transmit to the pharmacy? We often do not know if a prescription failed to get transmitted to the pharmacy until the patient goes there and discovers that the pharmacy never received it.

New Features & Improvements ICD 10 Updates for 2025 - 2026 ICD 10 codes in Ensora Rehab Therapy Suite have been updated for the October 2025 - 2026 changes.  Defect Fixes Filtering Activity Logs by Time – 'To' Time value is excluded from 'Activity Date' filter results When filtering activity logs by Activity Date, the value entered in the 'To' time field is now included in the results. Previously this time was excluded from the results. Audit Logs: Activity Date Filter Uses Wrong Time Zone In the Activity Logs, all items matching the date and time filter are included in the list and the time shown reflects the clinic's time zone. Appointment Conflict Messages Resolved an issue where the scheduling conflict message was not appearing as expected. A conflict message will now show when there is a scheduling conflict and will not show if there is not a scheduling conflict.

Add & Edit Modifiers on InvoicesMental Health

Modifiers can be added and edited on invoices in the client ledger and on invoices that are part of a batch. When an invoice is created, modifiers entered in at the service type level will automatically pull into the code modifier fields on the invoice.  From here, you can update or add additional modifiers to line items on the invoice as needed. You're able to edit modifiers on an invoice before the claim is put into Awaiting Submission status, or when the claim status is Rejected/Denied or Paid/Processed. You can also edit modifiers on invoices for externally submitted claims when the claim status is Rejected/Denied or Paid/Processed.  NOTE:  Making changes to modifiers on invoices does not affect the default modifier settings for any Service Types.  Modifiers that are added at the invoice level are reflected in other areas of the application that show modifiers, including The Claims Activity Report, Superbills, CMS forms, EDI files, and the CPT column on the claims page. Therapists not seeing appointments on the data collection app but do in their Codemetro web

Do others have the issue where therapists are not seeing appointments on the data collection app, but do in their Codemetro web? We deal with this every week and wanted to know if there is a workaround or an order to the process, so they are not missing the appointments on their Data collection app. We require them to choose a session before publishing to ensure the appointment is auto rendered.

Modifier 59 HandlingRehab Therapy

The system will add a Modifier 59 to a billing code on a claim when:The therapist indicated the services were provided distinctly on a daily note. The codes in the "Requires 59 Modifier" column will receive Modifier 59.The system will also mark a claim as a problem if a code in the "Cannot be billed" column is on the same claim as a code in the "CPT Code" column for that row. NOTE: A biller can still edit the modifiers on a claim to manually add or remove them. Medication Display Corrected a bug that could cause the Drug column to be hidden for certain medications. Failed Rx on Tasks Corrected a bug that could hide the Delete button if no prescriptions were selected. The button is now properly disabled but not hidden. Selecting one or more prescriptions will enable the button. Prescriber Report Reprinted medications now display properly in the Prescriber Report.

Defect Fixes  Memory Allocation Error While Signing on an Evaluation Resolved an issue where a memory allocation error would occur when signing an evaluation. CSS Getting Changed While Loading User’s Docs Resolved an issue that caused the appearance of an inactive user’s documents table to change when trying to scroll and filter at the same time. The table will now show a loading indicator when an action is already loading changes. Merge Payer: Selecting Same Payer in Both Fields Causes Inconsistent Behavior You can no longer try to merge a payer into itself.
