Hello, I’m interested in setting up different colors for each office location and if that works, next would be different colors for location + service, so several options. Is that possible? I’ve watched the videos and can only seem to change one color for the calendar. I need step by step instructions, if possible. Thank you!

OverviewThis article explains how per provider plans work, how licenses are assigned and how staff permissions apply.Plans are based on the number of providers, and features vary depending on the plan you select.   Key ConceptsLicenses are what you pay for. There are two types: Provider License Admin License Permissions control what each staff member can do, such as scheduling, billing, and clinical documentation. They are separate from licenses. Manage permissions under Staff > Permissions.  To review or re-assign permissions: Go to Staff > Permissions. Update permissions as needed. Select Save to apply changes. NOTE: Review the Set Staff Permissions Glossary to understand which permissions your staff require and whether a license is needed for each role. After changing a staff member’s permissions, the user will be logged out so the new permissions can apply. Ask the user to save work before confirming. See Set Staff Permissions for more information.

​The 1564 and 1565 reports provide visibility into all electronic payments processed through Stripe (Ensora Payments). Both reports provide additional details to support reconciliation needs and are available for export.  The 1564 report includes only the payments your agency processed and saved in the system at the time of processing. The 1565 report includes all payments processed, whether or not they were saved in the system. To view the reports:Go to the Staff module > Role tab > Edit Roles.  In the search for permissions field, enter Stripe. Check the box for 1564 Stripe ePayment Report and/or 1565 Stripe Transaction Report. Is there a way to customize reports by place of service AND city client is in?

Does anyone know how to get rid of the  pink "Learn Here" dot on every page in TheraNest? It is distracting and annoying.  We are not idiots. We don’t need this.

We resolved an issue where in certain situations, advanced availability blocks could save at a different time than selected. Staff We updated the Alerts page to improve reliability and stability. The functionality remains the same, with a few refinements to improve the experience. The default permission Can Add, Edit, and Archive Dynamic Forms now provides users with the ability to modify Intake Forms as well. Corrected a problem where nonstandard SMS replies caused staff notifications to show the wrong appointment date. Notifications now correctly display the appointment’s service date. We resolved an accessibility issue that prevented voice reader users from tabbing through or minimizing the practice chat. You can now navigate and close these widgets as expected. Case

This supports accurate claims, remits, and reporting by using the correct tax ID for each location. For general location settings, see Locations for more information.   Assign Alternate Tax ID to a LocationThe default tax ID is stored at the clinic level in Admin > Basic Setup > Clinic Options.To assign an Alternate Tax ID to a location:Go to Admin > Basic Setup > Locations.   Select a Location. Open the Billing tab. Set the Tax ID field to Use Alternate Tax ID.    In the Location Tax ID field, enter the Alternate Tax ID, and select EIN or SSN.   Click the Save Location button.   When a location has an Alternate Tax ID, the system uses it instead of the clinic’s default tax ID for appointments at that location. Hello, we’re a group practice of under 20 providers. We have a new clinician who wants to enable self-scheduling, but all I am seeing is an on/off switch for ALL providers. This raises questions as to the ramifications of turning that on:Once it’s on, do all providers’ clients now have access to self-scheduling or are there more steps to make it available? Having it available to everyone on the flip of a switch sounds terrifying. (👎🏽) If there are more steps, what are they? Can find no guidance or tutorial in the KB (👎🏽) How are people who are using it finding the functionality? Easy, complicated, mixed? Please elaborate.Thanks in advance.

Has anyone figured out a way to account for the processing fees in Stripe when paying providers? I was told that there’s not a report that shows what providers are actually owed - minus the processing fee that changes depending on many factors and can’t be deducted using a simple formula in a spreadsheet. 

Hi, I’m curious to hear about other’s experience using Theranest. Are there medium size groups (15 clinicians) who like the product and have used it for a significant amount of time? 

We Hope to see the Client Details Page updated under Contacts. Currently it has fields to populate Home Phone, Mobile Phone and Email then the Emergency Contact so we have to use the Client Notes section field to populate the Caregivers Name to know who to call or download the intake forms to search this information. We would love to see new fields added to populate Caregiver 1 & Caregiver 2 name to make it clearer who to call for any business related needs!
