Hi - if we have a client that is no longer active but has an insurance balance in Ensora - can we still deactivate them?

Hi ​@Ahalsband, thank you for your question. Archiving Clients removes them from your Active Clients list, but leaves associated Client data intact. Therefore, you can still archive clients with an insurance balance. This article will walk you through the steps to archive a client.
