New Features & Improvements Cases & Notes For organizations on our new scheduling experience, you can now add or edit progress notes directly from the appointment modal for individual appointments. Support for group progress notes is coming soon! Billing You can now update service modifiers directly from the invoice instead of only at the service type level. This can be done before claim submission or after a claim has been rejected, denied, or paid/processed. You can update the status and enter cancellation details without being redirected to another screen. You no longer need to provide a cancellation reason when canceling an individual appointment, a group appointment, or when using the Bulk Edit Appointments feature. You can now specify both a start date and end date to accommodate appointments that span overnight. The time picker in the appointment modal has been updated for a faster, easier experience. You can now select start and end times from a list in 15-minute increments or type in a custom time if you need something outside the list. New Features & Improvements ICD 10 Updates for 2025 - 2026 ICD 10 codes in Ensora Rehab Therapy Suite have been updated for the October 2025 - 2026 changes.  Defect Fixes Filtering Activity Logs by Time – 'To' Time value is excluded from 'Activity Date' filter results When filtering activity logs by Activity Date, the value entered in the 'To' time field is now included in the results. Previously this time was excluded from the results. Audit Logs: Activity Date Filter Uses Wrong Time Zone In the Activity Logs, all items matching the date and time filter are included in the list and the time shown reflects the clinic's time zone. Appointment Conflict Messages Resolved an issue where the scheduling conflict message was not appearing as expected. A conflict message will now show when there is a scheduling conflict and will not show if there is not a scheduling conflict.

Defect FixesUnable to Delete Patient Cases Administrative users will now be able to delete inactive patient case types which were not linked to patient cases without error. Special Character "'" Issue in Document Sections When creating a PDF of a patient document, extra spaces will no longer appear randomly in tables. Previously, extra spaces could appear if the document was very large or included special characters.
