- You can now assign tasks to other staff
members. The person assigning the
task can edit it, while the assignee can
mark it complete and add notes.
Notifications will alert you when tasks
are assigned, edited, or nearing their

Defect Fixes
- Schedule
- We fixed an issue where some SMS reminder replies were missing from the Reminders Log, especially if the related appointment was deleted. All SMS messages now appear correctly for a complete history.
- Cases & Notes
- For accounts using Manage Billing services, users without claims page access were being logged out when marking a note as “Ready for insurance billing.” Now, you’ll see a confirmation message instead.
- Resolved an issue that, in rare situations, prevented users from clicking the “Manage all pre-defined options” button on the Interventions section of progress notes.
- Billing
- For Ensora Pay batch payments, clicking the batch payment ID now correctly opens the report to review credit card charges.
- Organization
- Payroll validation errors now appear when pay rate dates overlap, so you can quickly correct conflicts.
