Unable to Load ‘Not Started’ Documents

When trying to re-assign documents from an inactive user to an active user, the Documents window displayed a loading icon when filtered by ‘Not Started’ and eventually a “Whoops” error due to query timeouts. The window now loads ‘Not Started’ documents without error.

Findings Tables – Column Display Issues

Resolved an issue in custom Evaluation sections where tables with duplicate column names or blank headers did not display correctly. Previously, only the first column appeared and others were missing. All columns now render as expected, even when names are duplicated or blank.

SBR05 Not Populating for Secondary/Tertiary Payers in Loop 2320

When generating an 837 claim, the SBR05 element in Loop 2320 (Next and Previous Payers) did not populate as required when a Medicare Type Code existed on the patient chart. As a result, SBR05 for the secondary payer was left blank. The logic now ensures that SBR05 for the secondary payer correctly contains the Medicare Type Code when present. If no Medicare Type Code exists for the Medicare payer, the SBR05 segment remains blank as expected.
