How is everyone adding fees for last-minute cancellations and no shows? While they are rare, I find they are often missed and the clients are not charged when they should have been. Since the therapists do not have access to billing, is there a way they can add a cancellation/ no-show fee or do I need to continue to do that manually. It would be helpful if there was an easier way to keep track of these.

Has anyone found a way to import the PDMS-3 into Fusion?  The PDMS-2 is in the system, but I do not see the 3.

When an evaluation is complete and a Plan of Care is created, does the client Cases section automatically update with Visit Frequency or is that only manually updated?

Hi Ensora Community! Our multi-disciplinary pediatric practice (ST, OT, PT) is evaluating how to best integrate the AI Session Assistant into our daily workflow.Because so much of pediatric therapy is hands-on, play-based, and unpredictable, we’d love to hear from clinicians in similar settings: Capture Method: Do you use ambient recording during the session, or do you prefer doing a 1-minute dictation recap immediately after the child leaves? Parent / Caregiver Reaction: How do parents respond when asking for ambient recording consent during sessions? Capturing Skilled Cues: How well does it capture specific pediatric metrics—like cueing levels (visual/tactile), sensory regulation strategies, or speech trial accuracy—without requiring heavy editing? Multi-Disciplinary Days: For kids who receive PT, OT, and ST on the same day, has AI helped streamline cross-discipline consistency in documentation? Any tips, daily routines, or lessons learned would be hugely appreciated

Is there a way to have forms and documents translated to Spanish (or another non-English language) in the Patient Portal so that patients and parents can have better access to the documentation we use? Manually translating intake forms turns out distorted on the parents’ side because of the tilde or acute accent used on “n” and vowels “a, e, i, o, u” letters.

Has anyone found a good cheat sheet for OT and ST billing?

Any one else HATE the Support Hub?  It is so frustrating! Why does it have to require a separate login? Once I am in it, I can NEVER access my current case information.  The move to a support hub has made communication with Fusion/Ensora so much less efficient.

As a pediatric OT/ST/PT clinic we provide both habilitative and rehabilitative services and therefor have a need for modifier 96/97 on a patient case level. However, after talking with a rep today, it seems that our only current option to code correctly with Fusion is to put these modifiers on each individual claim.Strange to me how they market as a therapy software but not allow a basic therapy modifier on a patient case. The claim level edits are incredibly tedious and time consuming given our large volume of claims. How are other clinics dealing with this? What am I missing?

Rehab therapists spend nearly five years of a 30-year career on documentation, and it's the top driver of burnout. This year we've been building Fusion to change that. On July 14, three new tools go live. What’s New: Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM), powered by Wibbi: Enroll clients in RTM directly from Fusion, which generates notes, maps billing codes, and produces claims automatically, no appointment required. Available to practices using Home Exercise Programs (HEP) powered by Wibbi at an additional cost. Flowsheets: Customizable, protocol-driven documentation that tracks time-based activities and applies CPT codes and CO/CQ modifiers automatically, using CMS de minimis logic. Native MIPS Reporting: Configure applicable MIPS measures for speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy right in Fusion, backed by a report that flags complete, missing, and incomplete data. These join several other updates already live in Fusion this year: AI Session Assistant, Custom Asse

Can anyone please help me with how to refund from Fusion, I have mistakenly charged a patient by credit card.

We are new to Fusion.  I cannot find the reports to book our Charges, Payments and Adjustments for Financial Statements and an Accounts Receivable Report that would tie out. Any Suggestions?

How do you access the new AI Assistant web based mobile app?

We would like to request that appointment reminders require patients to respond.           - If they press cancel - a message pops up instructing them to call our office, and the office receives notice that patient is wanting to cancel (red X on the appt)           - If they press confirm - a message pops up thanking them for confirming and that we’re looking forward to seeing them soon.  and the office receives notice that patient is confirmed (green check mark on the schedule).

How do you review peer documentation before they sign the document?

I have had several clients request statements for various reasons.  I am able to print statements, but any claim with a copay does not show on the statement.  What is the trick to get a full statement, listing out all claims and all related transactions?

This is a question for Fusion users. What is your process like for collecting patient payments? Currently, we put the expected patient payment amounts in the patient alert. Every day, we run an insight report that includes each patient alert and then one of our remote team members processes cards on file to collect each payment. It’s a very manual process, and we’d like to find ways to automate it more.

I am running my first payroll report - we are missing charges from only one therapist… which setting am I missing for this one employee??

I am billing a timed code that is 30 minutes each unit. If I put the codes as timed, it tallies it per 15 minutes. I have entered the code as untimed but I need to bill 2 units per 1 hour. How do I add multiple units for this code?
