New Features & Improvements
- Schedule
- For those on the new scheduling experience, you can now choose time increments of 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes for your calendar view, giving you more flexibility in how you manage your schedule. Your current settings will automatically adjust to the nearest supported increment.
- Clients
- You can now quickly add new clients or groups from your mobile device using the floating action button at the bottom right of the client list page, making it easier to manage your client list on the go.
- System
- We have updated informational tooltips throughout the application to use gender‑neutral language, ensuring a more inclusive experience.
Defect Fixes
- Schedule
- You can now cancel appointments scheduled more than 60 days in the future directly from the appointment history page, as expected.
- Clients
- Past appointments will no longer appear in the Next Appointment column for clients, so you will always see accurate upcoming appointment details.
- Cases & Notes
- Addendums can now be signed even if a required field was added to the progress note template after the original note was signed, ensuring smooth documentation workflows.
- Billing
- We have resolved an issue that could cause the ledger to appear blank when it included prepays for appointments the staff member did not have permission to view.
- Group appointments will now correctly allow prepays to be applied, even if they have already been invoiced for some of the group’s clients.
- Reports
- Authorization report totals now include any units or sessions from the overscheduled column, giving you accurate counts for better reporting.
- Access to the ERA check report has been restored for users not on Managed Billing services, so you can continue to review ERA details without interruption.
