When attempting to send an Eligibility Report for a payer we currently only have the option to add our Group NPI as the “Provider” instead of each clinician’s NPI as a provider. How do I add each clinician’s NPI to these requests? Their NPI’s are listed in their user profiles.
Hi all,I’m looking for someone who can handle both in-network and out-of-network billing. Ensora currently only supports in-network billing, so I’m exploring other options. If anyone is available or can recommend someone, please contact me at oliverolwyn007@gmail.com. My website is www.oliverolwyn.com
Hello everyone! Can someone point me to the guidance on how the new Contact Network actually functions for the Appointment Reminders? Specifically for Parents (who are active clients) and whose children (are active clients). How do the appointment reminders function on their end? Additionally - when a Parent is active with one therapist, and their child is active with another therapist, and the “Reminders Log” is used for communications - it uses the one phone number for both thereby sending notifications to both Therapists. If the answer to that is to NOT put a phone number in the minor client’s account - then we will have no way to know if the reminder goes out as there does not seem to be an “automated” function that appears on the agenda to confirm or cancel from the reminders sent through the Contact Network. - Unless I’m missing something here? Thanks in advance for any guidance or education provided here. P.s. No how idea to create actual tags needed for this topic...”Appointment
A timely filing denial is when an insurance company rejects a medical claim because it was submitted after the deadline. Denial Code CO29When thinking about submitting claims on time, there are two time frames to keep in mind: The time from when the initial claim was submitted, and the time from when it was denied or resubmitted. Each Payer has their number of days requirement--based on one of the above and if the provider is in network or out of network. For Example: AmerigroupParticipating Providers: 180 days Non-Participating Providers: 365 daysGood news! With TheraNest, when you utilize a Partnered Clearinghouse vs. a non partnered clearinghouse, our team is able to provide a timely filing letter from the clearinghouse at your request to accompany the supporting documents you have.

Burnout prevention is part of quality care. Share with your peers one realistic, repeatable practice that helps you recharge during the day—anything from a 5-minute reset (breathing, stretch, quick walk) to a boundary script that protects your time, a charting shortcut, or a team ritual that keeps stress in check. Tell us what you do, when you use it, and why it works.
I already have a Stripe account that I currently use for payments through Ensora, but I’d also like to add a Stripe payment option directly on my private website so clients can pay me there as well. How can I set that up? Specifically, how do I add a Stripe link or payment button to my website so that clients can pay me directly — and how does the payout timing work compared to Square?
Is this possible?

Our practice uses Ensora Rehab Therapy (formerly Fusion) to manage the practice, scheduling and billing for OT/ST/ABA therapy; and Ensora Data Collection (Catalyst). Scheduling ABA Therapy in Rehab Suite is proving to be a challenge as we grow the program, due to nuances such as supervision. Is anyone using Rehab with ABA and Catalyst together, even though we’ve been told they don’t integrate completely? If so, would love to know how it’s working, and if you are satisfied.
This might be a product suggestion unless there’s a way to do it in the platform that I’m not seeing. I would love to know if there is a way to send the doctors an email or some other alert to let them know if a prescription failed to transmit to the pharmacy? We often do not know if a prescription failed to get transmitted to the pharmacy until the patient goes there and discovers that the pharmacy never received it.
So, who else is using this and what do you think of it? I can't decide whether or not to implement this or not. I’m a little worried about the HIPAA implications and possible issues. 👀
Do others have the issue where therapists are not seeing appointments on the data collection app, but do in their Codemetro web? We deal with this every week and wanted to know if there is a workaround or an order to the process, so they are not missing the appointments on their Data collection app. We require them to choose a session before publishing to ensure the appointment is auto rendered.
