Is there a standard or ideal way to set up psychologists in the system? Is there a difference between psychologist and other clinicians (therapists)? Also, can psychologists have different documents in their ‘standard’ documents compared to other clinicians?
Is there a way to set alerts or notifications for a Supervisee to sign/complete reports?Our clinic has practicum students and interns that complete documentation that is reviewed by supervisors. The process for giving them feedback is cumbersome and can present privacy & security challenges if the supervisor and supervisee are not able to meet synchronously to review. Is there plan for adding functionality to allow a supervisor to provide feedback on a documentation and return it to the staff to correct - and then route back for signature? (similar to the way the Supervisor gets the alert and can sign their reports? Then the report would get returned to the Supervisor for final signature.
Are Theranest clients able to complete general documents (ie, intake, credit card, insurance, etc) after the client is archived?
While there are a number of reports in Theranest/Ensora, they do not meet the needs of the practice. There are a large number of discrete data fields within Theranest that can be used in making customized reports. When will functionality for customized reports be enabled? In the “old community forum” it has been brought up many times over the years and there are over 600 votes for it. This is a basic capability that is needed to manage business and clinical operations. We completed a review of all reports to identify the data elements in each of them to see if it contains information that we need. These are just some of the gaps that were identified.Detailed Attendance Need to be able to differentiate between clients that are students and clients that are from the community. Does anyone use Ensora for Targeted Case Management in Texas?
We use lots of dynamic forms and they are helpful.But we really need to be able to create a new form that will prepopulate a custom field in a new form by linking it to an existing standard field in Theranest (just like we can already do with Client Name date of birth,etc.)So when the custom form is displayed/printed/(exported?) it just takes whatever is in that linked standard field already and inserts it.(doesnt save it in the custom form field).Everyone could use this feature to help automate processes and minimize thrashing around in the Thera program for certain key data used frequently in the practice.So all those developer requests for "Add custom options for dynamic forms" would go away with users able to get what they need!anyone like this??
hellowe have recently added these 2 related needs to New features needed but response was unavailable now:-Download multiple files-Download multiple folders w/multiple folders & filesWe need to dnld multiple files and folders from general documents tab for managing data outside Theranest. It is a burden to not have this basic file/folder manipulation capability.Does anyone have a way around it other than “one at a time”??

Is the screen share feature available for virtual groups?
I recently had to update my payment method for my Ensora subscription and now text reminders aren’t going out. I have checked the settings in my profile and email reminders are turned on but I don’t see anywhere to turn text reminders back on. I really rely on that feature so my clients are able to cancel via text 24-hours prior to their appointment time. This setting is turned on (see attached screenshot) but it’s not clear whether it’s email or text. I previously had emails go out 48-hours prior to the appointment and texts go out 24-hours prior. Help please?
I have been unable to use the website properly for my scheduled VA appointments as there is always a notice saying my camera and don't have access. I have changed my settings to allow access and I also had Verizon verify my settings were correct. I am able to use my camera and mic on other besides this site. I am requesting help with this issue, please and thank you!

When attempting to send an Eligibility Report for a payer we currently only have the option to add our Group NPI as the “Provider” instead of each clinician’s NPI as a provider. How do I add each clinician’s NPI to these requests? Their NPI’s are listed in their user profiles.
