PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: Anyone has access to the URL link in a Client's Appointment History or the Note Section of the Calendar Appointment.

Each Telehealth session has its own unique link that only works for that session. It can be sent to the Client via an Appointment Reminder, Secure Message in the Client Portal, Email, and Text.

Jump to Section:

Via Appointment Reminder

You can Add Telehealth Link to Appointment Reminders that go out to Clients using the {{TelehealthLink}} placeholder. If you add this placeholder, the link will be added to Client Appointment Reminders. If you have sessions that are not Telehealth the placeholder will be blank and not count towards your character count.

Via Secure Message in the Client Portal

Even though clients can launch the session from the Client Portal without a link, you may want to send it to them anyway. You can also Share Telehealth Link with Client via Client Portal.

Via Email

Staff Members can access the unique Telehealth Session URL by double clicking the Appointment from the Calendar. You can then paste that URL into an email to send to the Client. The Client does not need to download any apps or software to join the session. However, they may need to give their browser permissions to access the camera and microphone. Feel free to send the Client these instructions to prepare for their first Telehealth Session.
