PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: User must be subscribed to Telehealth and Client Portal.
You will only be able to send a Secure Message to Clients who have a Client Portal Account. See Client Portal Overview for more information.
If your Client is not using the Client Portal, there are other ways to share your Telehealth Link with the Client.
- Search for Client in search bar in the header.
- Click Details under Actions section.
- Click Appointments on side menu.
- Locate Appointment and click Telehealth Session drop down menu.
- Choose to Send Invite via Secure Message.
- Secure Messaging Center with the Client name and unique URL already filled out will display. You can then add any additional text or message.
- Click Send.
