Jump to Section:New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  New Features & Improvements  Billing  You now have the ability to assign multiple rendering providers under a client's insurance details. These providers can be automatically populated into the Rendering Provider dropdown when creating invoices, based on routing specific providers to certain service types. This will be beneficial for organizations offering multiple services to the same client as it will streamline the invoice creation process. Learn More: Set Default Rendering Provider for Client  Schedule For organizations on our new scheduling experience, when adding a new client or group from the appointment modal, the form now opens on top of the modal to keep your workflow more focused. We’ve updated the appointment modal so that the availability warning banner no longer appears when changing an appointment’s status to “Kept” or a canceled status. This ensures you only see relevant alerts and helps reduce unnecessary distractions. You can now use the Enter or Return key to turn the Repeat toggle on when it’s focused while creating or editing an appointment. For organizations using the new scheduling experience, you can now create a progress note for an individual client appointment right from the calendar. Simply click to edit the appointment, and you’ll see a new Progress notes section at the bottom of the modal. Cases & Notes  If you’ve set a default note template, it will load automatically when creating a progress note, saving you time. You can still switch templates from within the note if needed. You can now save a draft of a progress note without completing all required fields. However, all required fields must be filled out before you can sign or submit the note. For short-answer fields with data validation (such as numeric or email fields), the correct data type must be entered if any data has been added to that field—even when saving as a draft. The option to apply edits to all group members is now always available for group progress notes linked to appointments.  [Back to Top] Defect Fixes Schedule We’ve made accessibility updates to improve the experience when using a screen reader. You can now: Navigate and interact with the Agenda view selector Change the status of an appointment via the Tab key on the Agenda Use the Add Progress Note dropdown on the Agenda We resolved an issue where the Save button became disabled when creating a full-day repeating appointment. Corrected an issue when a monthly recurring appointment series is being created for a service type that was tied to an authorization, the authorization informational banner would disappear at times and state that no authorization was available. This has been fixed so that the correct authorization calculation message will show if creating a new monthly recurring series.  Corrected an issue where appointments that were scheduled outside of your calendar viewing preferences for certain time zones were still being shown on the monthly calendar view. When clicking on these appointments, they would disappear from the calendar until a refresh occurred. This has been fixed so these appointments will not show on the monthly calendar view when they are outside of your calendar viewing preferences.   Corrected an issue where when a signed group note was added without any link to an appointment attached, then the edit status option was disabled on the appointment history page for appointments more than 60 days in the future. This has been fixed so that this scenario will no longer cause the edit status button to be disabled.   Corrected an issue where appointments part of a recurring series were being duplicated for some future appointments. This has been fixed so that these appointments will not be duplicated in the future. The performance on the Agenda page was improved for those that were experiencing very long loading times. Now the agenda page should load as expected without this additional latency.   We resolved an issue where the Intake Date was not showing on the Client List after a prospective client was made active. Cases & Notes We solved an issue where progress notes were not visible in the list of progress notes if the staff assigned to the progress notes as a provider was deactivated Staff We have fixed an issue in the Active Staff Members section where the last few pages weren’t visible due to the page numbers were running off the screen. Billing Corrected an issue where some insurance authorizations that were in the past were still showing as Active for some. This has been fixed so that the statuses reflect as Expired as expected.   System-Wide We fixed an issue where editing a staff profile could unintentionally turn off single sign-on (SSO). SSO settings will now remain intact when making updates to a profile. Client Portal A line break has been added to the titles of form elements when viewing the PDF of an intake form. Previously, long titles aligned to the left would push client responses to the far right margin, making them harder to read. We resolved an issue where responses to multi-select questions were not displaying if form titles were left-aligned. All selected responses now appear as expected. Corrected an issue where clients who had completed their intake setup encountered an error when attempting to sign intake forms. This prevented completion of required documentation. Intake forms can now be signed successfully without error. Payment Processing Corrected an issue where you couldn’t navigate to another page of results when working in Batch Payment History. Release Notes: April 23, 2025

Jump to Section: New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  New Features & Improvements Schedule Additional wording was added to authorization messaging when creating or editing appointments tied to authorizations. You will now see messaging state that totals represent the amount of units or sessions after the appointment has been saved so that you can better track authorization utilization before finalizing appointment changes. In the new scheduling experience, the appointment modal is now more compact for better visibility. We've also replaced event type cards with a single, efficient search—making it quicker to find a client, group, or create a non-client event. Grammatical errors were corrected on informational messages that appear on the Agenda when hovering over actions that are disabled for appointments that are more than 60 days in the future. Payment Processing For organizations using Ensora Payments, managing payment methods in the application and Client Portal now opens in a full-page view. This update provides a cleaner, more focused experience—making it easier to add, edit, or remove payment methods.   Defect Fixes Schedule Fixed an issue where the save button remained disabled after correcting a long event title. You can now successfully edit and save an event after adjusting the title length, without needing to start over. Corrected an issue where if a series was edited past 60 days in the future, it would disappear from the calendar until it was refreshed. This has been fixed so that the appointment will remain on the calendar as expected.   Corrected an issue where sometimes on the Agenda page, if you had the setting checked to only view your assigned clients, the schedule was not loading. This was corrected so that appointments can be viewed correctly on the Agenda page for those using that setting.  Clients Drag and drop functionality now works as expected when uploading documents to a client's General Documents section. Cases and Notes Fixed an issue where updates to the Start or End time on a progress note didn’t reflect immediately after saving. Now, the Duration, Start, and End time fields will update as expected without requiring a page refresh. Corrected an issue where mastered/completed goals were shown at the top of treatment plans when new ones were created. This has been corrected so that active goals will show at the top and completed goals will be moved to the bottom.   Corrected a validation message that was shown when you exceeded the max length of characters allowed when creating a case name. The message was originally saying the field included prohibited values. Now the message will say, “Only 50 characters allowed.”   Corrected an issue where data entered into a progress note was not retained after changing the note template. Previously, if a provider created or copied a progress note and then updated the template, any new data entered after the template change would be lost when the note was saved and reopened. Now, the progress note retains all entered data regardless of when the template was changed, and the print version accurately reflects what is shown in the UI. Billing Corrected an issue where some appointment links that were on the batch invoicing page and the client’s ledger were not redirecting to those specific appointments on the calendar but instead would land on the general calendar view. This has been fixed so that the actual appointment will be opened.   Corrected an issue where adding a write-off in Manual Insurance Payments and then removing it from the client’s ledger caused the insurance balance due to be miscalculated. Organization Addressed an issue where staff were not being logged out after extended periods of inactivity. Now, all will be properly timed out and logged out of their session after the expected timeframe. Resolved an issue where staff were being unexpectedly logged out while actively working in the system. Corrected an issue where some links were not working on messaging that appears during a trial when someone has not confirmed their email yet. This has been corrected so that the confirmation email will go out as expected when clicking on this link. Resolved an issue where completing the subscription cancellation workflow did not successfully cancel the subscription.     System-Wide We resolved an issue where sometimes multiple MFA codes could be active at the same time if you requested a new code before using the first one. Now, only the most recent code will remain active, helping to prevent confusion and ensure a smoother login experience. Client Portal Intake forms with quotation marks in their titles can now be opened successfully. Corrected an issue where the red notification badge for unread inbox messages was not appearing when staff logged into Ensora Health after receiving a message while logged out. Although the unread message was visible upon opening the inbox, the lack of a badge caused confusion for providers expecting to be alerted to new messages. The notification badge now correctly appears for unread messages, ensuring timely visibility and improved client-provider communication. Payment Processing Fixed an issue where clients received a validation error when attempting to access a one-time payment link sent from the invoice. Now, clients can successfully open the link and complete their payment without errors. Resolved an issue where the success toaster message was not displaying after a client submitted a payment through the portal using Vantage as the payment processor. Now, clients will see a confirmation message after completing a payment. [Back to Top]

Jump to Section:New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  New Features & Improvements Schedule Viewing a client’s recurring appointments from the agenda and a client’s appointment history page has been increased from 60 days in the future to 1 year in the future, so more of these appointments will be viewable and editable from these pages. Improvements were made on the authorization messaging within the calendar modal to always show the current appointment’s units or sessions factored into the calculation, as this was not always factored in for some scheduling scenarios. Now, this messaging will be more consistent for each type of scheduling scenario. Reports Improvements were made to the Authorization Report by Sessions and Authorization Report by Units to show authorization calculations for the entire span of the authorization, therefore increasing the previous restriction set to only calculate up to 60 days in the future. The billing provider has been added to the Payroll by Rendering Provider report. Profile & Settings We’ve updated the calendar sync instructions to remove the reference to Outlook, as it is not currently supported.  Defect Fixes Schedule Corrected an issue where when edits were made to the end time of a series that was more than 60 days in the future, those edits were not applied. Now the end time of the series will be updated as expected. For organizations using our new scheduling experience, a screen reader will now be able to read the navigation menus in the schedule views and the fields in the new appointment and appointment cancellation windows. For organizations using our new scheduling experience, an issue has been corrected where the appointment status had to be updated twice if the appointment was created in the past and then updated to a canceled status. Clients We've updated how archived clients are stored in the backend, which caused some groups to be hidden if the group contained an archived client Cases & Notes When copying a progress note from the last session on the Agenda, the session time will no longer be copied from the last progress note. It will now reflect the appointment time. Corrected an issue where the service date was occasionally displayed as the next day in the progress notes list when creating a progress note that was not linked to an appointment. Screen readers can now read all fields when adding or editing a client’s diagnosis codes. Corrected an issue where if the case name exceeded 50 characters, you couldn't add, edit, and sign progress notes, assessments, addendums, and contact logs or assign staff to the case. Progress notes will copy from the previous session as expected if the previous progress note had a duration of 0 minutes. Billing Fixed an issue where an error message appeared, and the Claims Awaiting Submission tab failed to load if an invoice line item was deleted after a claim had been submitted. Resolved an issue where diagnosis codes wouldn't load correctly for claims if the appointment was not linked to the progress note and the invoice's rendering provider wasn't assigned to the case. Dynamic Forms A line break has been added to the titles of paragraph form elements when viewing the PDF of an intake form. Previously, long titles aligned to the left would push client responses to the far right margin, making them harder to read. Reports Corrected an issue on the Beta Detailed Attendance report where the total hours were counted individually instead of only once for group appointments that occurred at the same time. This has been fixed, so the hours from the group appointment will only be counted once. Corrected an issue where organizations with larger amounts of data were experiencing longer run times or timeout of the Audit Notes Report. Client Portal The general Client Portal login page has been restored. This page allows clients to access their Client Portal account if they’ve forgotten your organization’s specific Client Portal login page. [Back to Top]
