Release Notes: September 24, 2025

New Features & Improvements Cases & Notes For organizations on our new scheduling experience, you can now add or edit progress notes directly from the appointment modal for individual appointments. Support for group progress notes is coming soon! Billing You can now update service modifiers directly from the invoice instead of only at the service type level. This can be done before claim submission or after a claim has been rejected, denied, or paid/processed. Learn More: Add & Edit Modifiers on Invoices  NOTE:  This is being released in phases, so if you do not see this update, it will be released to you in a future release   Dynamic Forms A new setting is available for select fields in dynamic forms to prevent values from being copied forward into subsequent progress notes or forms.   NOTE:  This feature is being released in phases. If you do not see this setting it will be available to you in a later release.  The following forms are now available as client forms. NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment Follow-Up - Parent Informant NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment Follow-Up -Teacher Informant Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) Beck’s Depression Inventory ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) These forms are currently archived and will need to be unarchived before use. Once unarchived, they can be used as client forms, case forms, or copied to intake forms for sending via the Client Portal. Schedule For organizations on our new scheduling experience: Updating an individual client appointment to a canceled status is now more streamlined. You can update the status and enter cancellation details without being redirected to another screen. You no longer need to provide a cancellation reason when canceling an individual appointment, a group appointment, or when using the Bulk Edit Appointments feature. You can now specify both a start date and end date to accommodate appointments that span overnight. The time picker in the appointment modal has been updated for a faster, easier experience. You can now select start and end times from a list in 15-minute increments or type in a custom time if you need something outside the list. Cases & Notes The organization’s time zone now appears in both the progress note screen and the printed version of the note.  Defect Fixes Schedule Screen readers can now properly read the Add Progress Note options on the Agenda. Clients Resolved an issue in the General Documents tab where uploaded files were not sorting correctly by date. Cases & Notes Corrected a problem where the less-than symbol wasn’t displaying properly in progress note PDFs. Corrected an issue where older progress notes were not displaying the headers correctly. You can now sign a progress note after supervisor approval, even if new required fields were added to the template. This prevents errors and ensures a smoother signing process. Screen readers now properly read existing text in the Mental Status Exam section of progress notes, making it easier to review previously entered information. Billing Resolved an issue where the first column in the Claims tab would misalign with the rest of the grid when scrolling. Columns now stay aligned. Organization We corrected an issue where trial banners for ChargeBee tenants were not updating based on trial durations and were instead displaying the default 21-day period. Telehealth You’ll now see a tooltip message when Telehealth session buttons are disabled during group appointments due to a missing subscription. The message clearly indicates that no Telehealth subscription exists.

Jump to Section:New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  New Features & ImprovementsTasks We’ve removed the "My tasks" tab from the Tasks workspace to simplify the experience, since it is the only available view and doesn’t need a separate label. We’ve removed the calendar icon from the view selector in the Tasks workspace to eliminate confusion caused by the icon flipping upside down during interaction. Ensora Data Collection Updated the logo that appears on the Staff Dropdown for the Ensora Data Collection Sign On link to reflect the updated branding. Reports A new client filter was added to the Authorization Report by Sessions and the Authorization Report by Units that can be utilized before running the report to improve load time and performance. System-Wide The copyright wording at the bottom of the login pages were updated to align with our recent re-branding initiative. Client Portal A knowledge base link was updated on the client portal password reset page so that you will be directed to the most current help article if needed. Payment Processing The in progress spinner indicator that shows when clicking on a one time payment link was updated to reflect our new branding.   Defect FixesSchedule Corrected an issue where an additional occurrence was created on the calendar when you created an appointment series. This has been fixed so that the correct number of occurrences will be created. Organization Corrected an issue when a referral source was archived, and a new one was attempted to be created, where it would not allow the new referral source to be added. This has been fixed so that the new referral source can be added as expected. Corrected an issue where effective and end dates would revert back to the previous day when opening the edit modal for payroll rates for staff. This was corrected, so that when editing payroll rates the dates will reflect the current dates that have been entered into the system. Payment Processing Corrected an issue where an error was shown stating that a payment had failed to be created when the payment was applied successfully. We’ve introduced the AI Note Enhancement feature to streamline and elevate your progress note writing. As you draft your notes, you’ll now see an “Improve with AI” button. Clicking it will generate a refined version of your note, giving you the option to review and choose whether to replace your original text. Learn more: AI Notes Enhancement Corrected an issue where switching between drafted progress notes did not update the displayed template accordingly. The note editor now correctly reflects the associated template when selecting a different draft version. Billing Our new Prepay feature lets you collect and assign payments to future appointments, even if there’s no invoice yet. Once the appointment is invoiced, the payment is automatically applied.Learn More: Process or Record a Prepay for an Appointment   If you're using Ensora Telehealth with Ensora Payments, you can also require clients to pay in full or their copay before the session begins, ensuring payment is collected upfront.Learn More: Require Prepayment for Telehealth Appointments  You can now update service modifiers directly from the invoice instead of only at the service type level. This can be done before claims submission and when a claim has been rejected, denied, or paid/processed. NOTE: This has been released initially for those using our Ensora RCM services. It will be released for General Availability in a future release.  A new Place of Service filter has been added to the Batch Invoicing page so that appointments can be filtered by this property to aid with creating invoices in bulk. Client Portal Clients and client contacts can now securely upload documents directly through the Client Portal. Uploaded files are automatically saved to the client’s General Documents, making them easily accessible to those who need them. This setting can be enabled under your Client Portal Settings in the Organization tab.Learn More: Client: Upload Documents to the Client Portal   The file size limit for the secure messaging feature has been increased from 10mb to 50mb so that larger attachments can be sent when needed.   Defect Fixes Schedule We’ve resolved an issue where changes to an appointment’s status wasn’t immediately reflected on the Agenda. This occurred when an appointment was canceled from the calendar, edited to a full-day appointment on a new date, and then marked as "upcoming" from the Agenda. Previously, the status wouldn’t update unless the page was refreshed—now, it updates immediately as expected. We’ve updated the wording in the double-booking error message for individual staff appointments. It now correctly reads “doesn’t allow double booking” instead of “don’t”. Corrected an issue where an error was displayed in the console sometimes when creating a new appointment by double clicking on a time slot within the calendar. This has been fixed so that no error will be displayed. Corrected an issue where you were able to double book an appointment within the same room if it was scheduled more than 60 days in the future. This has been fixed so that the appointment can not be saved if there is already an appointment booked in the same room at the same time.   Cases & Notes Corrected an issue where switching progress note templates with required fields could cause entered information to be lost if those required fields weren’t filled out before saving, or had invalid data. Billing We’ve restored the confirmation message that appears when adding claims to Awaiting Submission from batch invoicing. Reports Resolved an issue where negative currency values in exported CSV reports were incorrectly prefixed with a leading apostrophe. A broken icon image was fixed next to the Advanced Reporting section under the Reports tab so that the correct icon will now be displayed. [Back to Top]

Reporting50390 Report Updates We made updates to the 50390 Prep Report to correct CASII and ESCII date calculations and update the payer supervisory date determination.   Defect FixesAdministrationUnable to Link Clients to Families Issue We fixed an issue where you were unable to link clients to families in the Families module. Missing Fields on Client Verification Sheets We reinstated the Client Number, Active Status, and Credit Amount fields to the Client Verification Sheet which were inadvertently removed with a previous update. AppointmentsIncorrect Appointment Alignment in 1 Day View We fixed an issue with appointments showing up in the wrong staff column and the availability hidden behind appointments. BillingPayer Summary Column no longer Showing Primary and Secondary Payers An issue was fixed with our database table names that would cause missing data in the Payer Summary Column. Context Variable Start Dates now Showing in Stop Date Column We fixed an issue where the context variable start dates are not appearing in the Stop Date Column. [Back to Top]

Any changes or additions in skipped versions are included in the next public release. REMINDER: To schedule an update to the latest version, please go to this Booking Link to select a time and date.  Learn More: 2.51 Release WebinarDefect Fixes & ImprovementsBilling (PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services))MyBilling - Non-Billable Tier Zero Procedures Display We added functionality to display non-billable tier zero procedures in the Procedure column in MyBilling for PROS. Previously, these procedures were not shown. Now, all tiers are displayed if one is met. CRS Base Rate for Add-on Procedures We introduced CRS base rate into add-on procedures for PROS. The updated conditions are as follows: ORS greater or equal to 4, IR greater or equal to 1 with CRS base rate, and CTMD/CTMR billing based on CRS status. The "units of any kind condition" was removed.  NOTE: There is a strict process to follow when voiding add-ons and base rate charges. First, void the add-on, then void the base rate charge. If this is done, the visit gets voided and the attached progress notes are marked as not billed anymore. Voiding will not work properly if the base rate charge is voided first.  ClinicalDiagnosis Code set as Primary An issue was fixed where diagnosis code F43.8 could be set as primary despite being marked "Can't Be Primary in All Programs".  eRxMedication/Pharmacy Data Fix The application was updated to send medication and pharmacy data to eRx only once per patient, the first time their information is sent to eRx. This applies to DrFirst and new users with pre-existing prescriptions. This was completed to enhance data accuracy and prevent redundant entries.  FormsMH047 OMPH Assessment Form Fix We fixed an unhandled exception error when loading the MH047 OPMH Assessment form in the Patient Portal. The issue was caused by an invalid object cast. Users can now open the form without encountering errors. PAS Forms - Remove Date from General Clinic Option In Setup > Clinic Options > 2nd Forms tab > PAS Forms section, we removed the hardcoded date "2023" from the PAS Forms option in Clinic Options. Previously, the option text reflected a specific date, causing confusion. Now, the option text does not include any date, ensuring clarity and accuracy in form selection. CRIP3 PROS Initial Recovery Plan Review V2 Form  We fixed an issue in the CRIP3 PROS Initial Recovery Plan Review V2 form where the Goal field remained editable on a signed and locked form. Now all fields are non-editable when the form is locked, preventing unauthorized changes. SA010 ACE Questionnaire Issue An issue was fixed where the ACE Questionnaire form reverted answers to zero upon signing. We implemented logic to clear all yes/no controls for new records or versions, ensuring accurate data retention.  PAS 26N Form Issue We fixed an issue where the PAS 26N form did not accept birth initials "NE" during signing. The logic has been updated to ensure correct initials are accepted.  Group Note - Default Goal An issue was resolved where default goal did not populate in Group Note for "MD Day Treatment" visit type. The issue was replicated by opening Group Note and observing default goal from incorrect visit type. The logic was updated to ensure correct assignment. BH044_44_IPE Form Issue An issue was fixed where the BH044_44_IPE form would fail to retain data upon save and reopen.   FormLabTimeout Issue We fixed a timeout issue that was preventing FormLab forms from opening for specific migrated users. Non-FormLab forms were unaffected. Users can now open all FormLab forms without experiencing timeouts. IBHS Resiliency Plan Printing Issue The IBHS Resiliency Plan (FL_IBHSRP1) previously would fail to print fur to an object reference error. The logic has been updated to ensure successful print preview and printing.  Biopsychosocial Assessment  We resolved an issue that prevented the new Biopsychosocial Assessment form in FormLab from printing due to a table-related error. New assessments can now be printed successfully without any issues.  FormLab Progress Notes We fixed an issue where users were unable to append notes to progress notes after they were locked. Users can now successfully do so.  GeneralUserVoice replaced with FormAssembly When users who are expected to complete NPS data log into the application for the first time, they will see a questionnaire containing the NPS question. This change is due to a switch in our data collection provider.  eCR User Manual Option The eCR User Manual option was removed from the Help menu because the manual no longer exists. Previously, selecting Help > User Manual resulted in an error message stating "The eCR User Manual could not be located". Update to Label in Clinic Options We updated the field label under Setup > Clinic Options from "Disable eCR University" to "Disable Knowledge Base" to better reflect its current functionality.  HIE (Health Information Exchange)Added Option to only send Consents In Setup > Clinic Options > 3rd Admin tab, under "Enable HIE", a new option was added to "only send consents", which excludes CCDA messages. Users with this option will queue only consents, not CCDAs. VisualBedBoard and MyBilling were updated to ensure accurate queueing of PIX or PNR messages when "only send consents" is enabled.   Power BIAdditional Forms to Export File The following forms have been added to the Power BI export file: BH024 Discharge Summary, C-SSRS Children, C-SSRS Lifetime Recent Clinical, MH050 PSC17, PHQ-9, PAS 44N Client Admission Report 2022, PAS 61N Client Assessment Report 2022, PAS 45N Client Discharge Report 2017 v2, TGI GAD-7, TGI Lab Review Form v2, and TGI Michigan Alcohol Screening Test.  ReportingDEA Summary Report We resolved a discrepancy in the Med Disp DEA Summary with Reconciles report, where the end of month on-hand amount for Buprenorphine Tablet was 120mg higher than report in the Medication Inventory report. Adjustments were made to ensure accurate alignment of medication quantities across both reports.  We fixed an issue in the DEA Summary Report where Suboxone films were incorrectly listed as methadone and the amount on hand was not displayed when zero. The reporting logic was updated to ensure accurate medication classification and proper display of zero quantities for regulatory compliance.  Total AR Aged by First Bill Date by Payer Details We added a Program column to the Total AR Aged by First Bill Date by Payer Details report. This column appears between the Claim # and and DOS columns, displaying the program for each claim. Medication Dispensing - Weekly Schedule Report Location and Program columns were added to the Patient Name/DOB section of the Medication Dispensing Weekly Report. These columns provide detailed breakdowns by location and program, enhancing report usability for Methadone clients. Update to PAS Submission Report We updated the PAS Submission Report to include "PAS 126" in the PAS Form dropdown list. Medication Dispensing - Random Drug Screening The Medication Dispensing - Random Drug Screening report was updated to include future drug screens. This enhancement allows users to schedule and view upcoming drug screens. Export Report - Visits We added a visit type parameter to the Export Report - Visits report. Updates to User Login reports We updated the User Login Per Server reports to display data for new servers post-AVD migration. This enhancement allows users to view concurrent login data accurately, addressing the need for detailed login tracking over the past two weeks.  USCDI (United States Core Data for Interoperability) v3Patient Details - Diagnosis Tab We added a new Date of Resolution column to the DX grid on the Diagnosis tab under Patient Details. This column is located between the Date Modified and Resolved columns to provide clearer tracking diagnosis resolution timelines.  Patient Details - Additional Demographics Info Cont. Tab > Image Results The Image Results form was updated to include a new Test Type field. This user-defined, editable field allows mapping of relevant LOINC codes via a lookup table, enhancing diagnosis imaging accuracy by linking test types to appropriate standardized codes.  Patient Details - Employment/Scholarship Tab We added an Occupation Industry column to the Patient Employment table in the Patient Details > Employment/Scholarship tab. This column is user-defined and configurable via a lookup table, allowing users to update and manage industry values as needed. Patient Details - Additional Demographics Info Tab A new Tribal Affiliation section was added on the Additional Demographic Info tab in Patient Details. This section is under Other Ethnicity, with a user-defined lookup table for mapping.  Report Types added to Lookup Table Crosswalk The following new report types have been added to the Lookup Table Crosswalk in Setup > Lookup Manager: SNOMED, LOINC, NullFlavor, DataAbsentReason, AdministrativeGender, and NAICS. Payment Processing The integration with Ensora Payments has been improved, to ensure all payments post back into My Clients Plus in a timely and accurate manner.   Defect Fixes Cases & Notes Corrected an issue that prevented supervisors from viewing clinical documents from Notes Awaiting Signature. Corrected an issue where the length of the staff name or title was causing the PDF header to not display the organization name Corrected an issue where line breaks in listed items were not displaying properly in the PDF version of a progress note. Text is now correctly wrapped, and each item appears on its own line as expected. Billing Corrected an issue where the total uninvoiced amount was not updated to the correct amount in certain scenarios. This has been corrected so that the amount will update correctly as expected when viewing on the Clients grid.   Reports Resolved an issue in the Top 5 Referral Sources report where referral titles and total counts were not displaying correctly. Organization Corrected an issue where the “Track payments owed to therapist” option was not being applied when it was checked in some scenarios. This has been fixed so that this setting will be applied as intended when it is enabled. Corrected an issue where the prices for Claims Processing and Ensora eRx were displayed incorrectly within the platform. Correct an issue where customers were unable to utilize Text Appointment Reminders during the trial period. Only applicable to customers who created trials after May 22, 2025. Profile & Settings We’ve corrected an issue where Microsoft Outlook was mistakenly mentioned in the iCalendar Sync instructions. Outlook is not supported and had previously been removed, but the reference was unintentionally reintroduced during a recent update. Support Center We’ve fixed an issue where the support menu options were not properly highlighted when navigating with the keyboard. Now, when you tab to the support menu and press 'Enter' to open it, the options are correctly highlighted, making it easier to select your desired action. Client Portal We’ve fixed an issue where the cancellation reason didn’t appear in a client’s Appointment History if the appointment was canceled through the Client Portal and the default reason wasn’t changed.
