Jump to Section:New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes App Version: 20250327.5     New Features & Improvements Zero Out Targets and Behaviors Default for New Students Organizations can now choose whether new students will be created with Zero Out Targets and Behaviors set to Yes or No. The new settings are in Administration > Organization Settings The default setting for Behaviors is ‘Yes’ and for Targets is ‘No’.   Defect FixesGateway Time-out Error when Exporting Raw Data for Student Users can now choose a date range for viewing and exporting raw data to avoid timeout errors Date range is limited to a maximum of 1 year at a time Manually Entered Web Portal Intervals do not Appear in Numerical Order in Raw Data Interval data entered in the web portal will now be sorted correctly in the Raw Data view. Organizations outside the United States are Unable to Save Changes to their Organization Name This issue has been resolved. Users Intermittently Receiving Timeout Error when Attempting to Export Target Data Templates This issue has been resolved Some Graphs Displaying Broken Image Icon on one database Graphs will now load as expected Form responses synced to the portal from the mobile application are not displaying the Date and Time in the Date Column Form responses will include the date and time as expected. Raw data modal opens twice after clicking Graph button This issue has been resolved Some Last Edited SOAP Note Dates being Updated when No Edits were Made The last edited date shown in the portal was being updated when the soap note PDF was generated. This issue has been resolved. Removed Licenses Still Showing Active After Expiration Date Removed licenses will not show after expiration date. Some organizations are Unable to Access Default Catalyst Progress Report Template Default Progress Report templates are now available to all organizations. Rate Timer in Mobile App is Incorrect when the Device Display Auto-Locks The timer will now remain accurate when the device locks and the timer counts over 60 minutes. Intermittently, Published SOAP Notes Continuously Loading Upon Selection Unable to view SOAP Notes created in the last 30 days for a particular student This issue has been resolved. Fluency Timer changes to 00:00 when the user stops the timer and navigates to a different target without saving or deleting the data Timer will remain its value when the user stops the timer and navigates to a different target. Staff Taxonomy Codes - Effective Dates Staff Taxonomy Codes now have Effective Dates. This has been added to Taxonomy in Configuration - Staff/Users > [Staff] > Payer Mappings. 271 Import Improvement Loop 2120C information is now imported into the MCO data element regardless of the qualifier used. Defined Lists - Additional Codes Users now have the ability to add Additional Codes for reporting within Configuration - Setup > Defined Lists. Defined Lists - Effective Dates Validation Effective Dates in Defined Lists now have a validation to ensure that the End Date is after the Start Date. Inherit Prior Payer Change Inherit Prior Payer no longer includes Billing Codes and Modifiers, only Charges.   Defect FixesEnd-Dated Staff Issue An issue was fixed in Configuration - Staff/Users > [Staff] > Employment when a Staff member is end-dated. Pharmacy Messages (Renewal Requests and Change Requests) Pharmacy messages (Renewal Requests and Change Requests) may now be identified as Urgent by an exclamation point   icon beside the patient name on the Tasks page. Sig Builder Enhancements Required fields on the Sig Builder are more clearly identified with red highlights.    The Favorites Sig Builder now allows diagnoses search by diagnosis code as well as diagnosis name. Previous Medications List Freeform medications will now show up in Previous Medications when discontinued. Reporting The 340B report now matches the proper export specifications for direct import by pharmacy software.    Defect FixesLocation DEAs Location DEAs are now stored consistently, and validation has been improved for better support of DEANs with extensions. Printing Corrected a bug that could prevent printing a prescription without a pharmacy selected. Renewal Requests Corrected a bug that could prevent approval of a pharmacy renewal request. With this setting enabled, the unit will round up to the nearest value.   CCBHC ReportingUpdates to Consumer Level Data Report Updates were made to the Consumer Level Data Report for the Race, Peer-services, and Tele-health fields.  Client PortalUpdate to User Profile Menu The user profile menu order has been updated.  Reporting2060 Raw Data Report - Additional Client Fields The following client fields were added to the 2060 Raw Data Report: Housing/Residential Status and Veteran/Military Status.  5060 Report - Disclaimer Syntax The disclaimer was changed to state "Aside from Number of Clients, information in this report is based on data entered in the Client Module and may not match the Number of Clients."  Defect FixesBillingSVD Total Amount Display Issue When Combine lines with same code but different staff = "yes" in Payer > Claim Rules, the SVD amount in Change Time > Extra Info > Amount for SVD Segment should be combined and the total should be displayed in Loop 2430, section SVD, in the claim.  Client PortalMultiple Client Portal Invitations Fix We have corrected a scenario where the Invite Client button would be processed twice and two emails would be sent. Now, only one pop up invitation will be sent to clients for the Client Portal Manager when "invite client" is selected.  Reporting1300 Report - Appointments +/- 25 minutes have been added to the appointment time to allow for improved service line matching. Errors will continue to show in-line. For organizations on our new scheduling experience, the time zone banner that displayed if the appointment was made in a location different than your preferred time zone has been removed. Your preferred time zone is now displayed next to the Start time and End time fields. For organizations on our new scheduling experience, when creating or editing an appointment, the Telehealth Place of Service banner has been removed. The information can now be accessed from the information icon next to the “Location of client” field. The Notes field in appointments is now slightly larger, reducing the need to scroll within the field. Billing A negative value can now be entered when adding an adjustment to a client’s invoice, or when working in Manual Insurance Payments. Enabled dually connected tenants to select a clearinghouse when adding or editing an insurer. Users with billing permissions can now choose between a partnered and non-partnered clearinghouse, with the default always set to the partnered clearinghouse. If your organization uses both our partnered clearinghouse and a non-partnered clearinghouse, you now have the flexibility to choose which one to associate with each payer. A new Clearinghouse dropdown is available when adding or editing a payer, making it easy to select your preferred option. Organization Updated the Activity Log to display the Service Date (DOS) for Progress Note Addendum actions, providing better tracking and audit accuracy. When a progress note addendum is added, deleted, or signed the associated entry in the Activity Log will now include the service date of the progress note. Client Portal Updated the Send client appointment notifications to ensure all notifications now display times in the appropriate location-based time zone. Staff Corrected an issue where a staff member’s titles and certifications were not displaying on the assigned staff column in the client grid. Now if the staff member has anything entered in these fields, it will appear on the grid as expected. Corrected an issue where some staff were not able to add or edit their electronic signature from the staff profile. This has been fixed so that electronic signatures can be updated as needed. Billing Corrected an issue where some insurance authorizations that were expired were displaying as active. This has been corrected so that the authorizations will show expired as expected. Corrected an issue where an error was occurring when trying to process certain ERA payments with $0 amounts. This has been corrected so these can be processed as expected. When creating an invoice, the Amount, Client Amount Due, and Insurance Amount Due will now be calculated correctly if your organization’s currency is set to Kuwaiti Dinar. Staff members who don’t have access to a case will now get an error message when clicking “Click here to fix it” from the claim scrub error window for error messages related to missing diagnosis codes. Changes to automated ERA processing will now save as expected. The toggles to turn on/off billing automation settings will now display as expected. Previously, the latest Chrome update was hiding the toggles, even though they could still be interacted with on the page. Corrected an issue where the Batch Eligibility feature was displayed for those that have Apex when this functionality is not available at this time. This has been corrected so it will no longer be displayed.  Dynamic Forms Table headers will be formatted correctly when managing your organization’s Dynamic Forms from a mobile device. Organization Corrected an issue where the Rate field of a service type allowed more than 8 digits. Telehealth Corrected an issue where sometimes duplicate therapy IDs were created for appointments in the future that were originally scheduled as an in-person series and then changed to telehealth. This was causing errors when creating a progress note and pulling in telehealth durations. This has been fixed so that only one telehealth ID is created and no errors occur when creating the progress note for telehealth appointments for additional organizations that were not addressed from a similar fix in the 02/12/25 release.   [Back to Top]

Any changes or additions in skipped versions are included in the next public release. REMINDER: To schedule an update to the latest version, please contact Support to submit a request. Version 3.67  New Features & ImprovementsNew Form - PHQ-9 Modified for Adolescents Users can now utilize the PHQ-9 Modified for Adolescents. This variant of the PHQ-9 language specific for adolescents. The form may be added to the timeline as with other forms.  Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) Assessment - Treatment Planning System The SDOH Assessment view will now be available in the Treatment Planning System. Each of the domains (Utilities, Housing, Transportation, Personal Safety, Food) has its own data view available. New 837I Option The 837I Billing Method includes a new option: Require Discharge Time. When selected, the 837I claims will not be included in billing files unless a client's associated Enrollment has a Discharge Time. An Error will note that the services were not billed. When the option is not selected, the current functionality of including all types of claims will be in effect, whether the client has been discharged or not. New Schedule General Ledger (GL) Posting Option A new option has been added to schedule GL Posting jobs should be run. Scheduled Jobs must have a Date and Time that are in the future. New CARC Code Available in Transaction Definitions In Configuration - Setup > Transaction Definitions, CARC code 272 - "Coverage/program guidelines were not met", is now available for selection within the CARC Adjustment Reason dropdown field in the New/Edit Transaction Definition window. Update to 271 File Review for Rejection If there is no rejection in the 271 at the Subscriber Level (Loop 2100C), the 271 import job will also look for a rejection in the Information Source Level (Level 2100A). Configure Treatment Methods in a Problem - Treatment Planning System Users can now add up to 100 Treatment Methods to a Problem within the Treatment Planning System configuration, enhancing the ability to tailor treatment plans to specific needs. Change to Job Processing with Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP) Bundles A change was made to allow the Reversing and Retrying of jobs when OTP Bundles were created. Previously these were causing errors because the bundles were not un-done during the process.   Defect FixesStaff Credentials Defined List Error An issue was resolved where updating the Staff Credentials defined list was causing a fatal error.  Informs Display Issue An issue was resolved where Informs would display an error when the email domain path contained more than one dot extension. CCBHC Service Reporting Fix An issue was corrected where CCBHC PPS Services (Services associated with a Service Definition where the Category is "CCBHC-PPS1" or "CCBHC-PPS2" were sometimes being reported with a $0 dollar amount. Jump to Section: Features & Improvements Portal Defect Fixes Portal App   App Version: 20250206.4   Features & ImprovementsPortalAdd 'Session Duration' field to SOAP Notes Report  A Session Duration field has been added to the SOAP Notes Report in Administration > Reporting Beta. This field was previously available on the Timesheets Report. Add field to the SOAP Notes report indicating how long after the session the SOAP Note was published  A field called ‘Days Until SOAP Note Published’ has been added to the SOAP Notes Report in Administration > Reporting Beta. This field indicates the amount of time that lapsed between the end time of a session and when the SOAP Note was created. Some data points failing to process and sync Improved our sync processor to handle some data points that were not syncing efficiently    Defect FixesPortalIntermittently Receiving Error when Running Devices Report   A database index change has resolved this issue.  Errors when Saving Data Taken in Data Entry > Skill Data  This timeout error has been resolved.  Some Published SOAP Notes are not Available for Download in Portal   A change was made to improve the performance of the PDF processor.  Deprecate the Legacy Timesheets Functionality   All features related to Timesheets are now disabled by default at the organization level.  Removing the legacy Timesheets functionality will improve the performance of Catalyst for all users and will allow our team to continue to focus on delivering important new features.    AppApp Duration Timer is Stopping at Random Intervals when Device goes to Sleep and Counts over 60 Minutes   The Duration Timer in the app will continue keeping time accurately when the timer increments past 60 minutes, whether the device is asleep or not.  When a user navigates away from a Timer Style Fluency Target while the timer is running, the play icon disappears from next to the Target Name on the Target List   This issue has been resolved.  Long Mobile App Load Times on SOAP Notes   We resolved an issue where the loading spinner would never disappear for students without SOAP Notes from the past 30 days.  Mobile app occasionally sending two commands at same time   The app will no longer send two commands for the same data point.  Resolve issue where App is not populating TimeStampUtc for Interval data types   This fix will ensure efficient sync processing for Interval data  Some Students not Available for Download in v.20250116.4  This issue has been resolved.  Issue with Duration timer set to greater than 60 minutes  There was an issue with Duration timers set to a start time of greater than 60 minutes. This issue has been resolved and the timer will now count down from the appropriate number.  Resolve issue with SOAP Note ID/Field Mismatch  An issue where a SOAP Note could be created with a template ID that didn’t match the fields on the template has been resolved.  Resolve top crash found in our logs [Back to Top]

Jump to Section: Features & Improvements Schedule Defect Fixes Schedule Clients Cases & Notes Billing Telehealth   Features & Improvements Schedule If your organization is on our new scheduling experience, when creating an appointment you can now select the Event Type or Forum option by clicking anywhere within the square, rather than having to click the radio button directly.   Defect Fixes Schedule Corrected an issue where sometimes an error occurred when attempting to edit a non-client event and save. This has been corrected so these events can be edited as expected. Corrected an issue where the Google calendar manual sync button was not working from the Agenda page if you had it enabled. Now this button can be used to sync calendars as expected. Clients Corrected an issue that prevented filtering the client list by client flags. A client who is archived, removed from a group, unarchived, and reassigned to the same group will appear correctly in the group’s Case Info tab. Cases & Notes Corrected an issue where saving a progress note with a required field sometimes triggered the supervisory workflow. The supervisor workflow will only be triggered when clicking the “Submit to supervisor(s)” button. Billing Corrected an issue where a claim was not being added to claims awaiting submission for the secondary payer if there was an exclusion rule created that prevented the primary claim from being added. A client’s credit will now display in the correct currency if your organization’s preferred currency is the Indian Rupee. Invoices created for group members in a group appointment will now have the appropriate diagnostic codes linked. Previously, not all clients had the diagnosis codes linked on the invoice/claim even though diagnosis codes were on the case. Telehealth Corrected an issue where sometimes duplicate therapy IDs were created for appointments in the future that were originally scheduled as an in-person series and then changed to telehealth. This was causing errors when creating a progress note and pulling in telehealth durations. Jump to Section: New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  NOTE: These changes go into effect during the evening on the date specified in the article title (ie Wednesday night); most users will see these items the following day (ie Thursday morning).   New Features & Improvements Location Pharmacy List The Location Name is now displayed on the Location Pharmacy List. Medication List Icons All prescriptions sent electronically, including renewals and change response medications, will now show the pill bottle eRx   icon on the Pending, Active, and Previous Medications list. Compound Validation Compounds are now required to have at least one ingredient. Printed Prescriptions The patient's mobile phone number is now preferred over the home number on printed prescriptions. The Automatically Print Prescriptions option is now supported for those EHRs using the Route destination. Defect Fixes Printing enhancements The date is now properly updated on new prints of active medications. This corrects a bug that could cause the original prescription date to be displayed. Report Missing Rx Corrected a bug that could prevent the Report Missing Rx button from working properly. Alerts Messaging Corrected an issue that caused the EPCS not enabled alert to briefly display while the Transmit page loaded. Jump to Section: New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  New Features & ImprovementsMark Claims for External Submission If you're connected to one of our partnered clearinghouses, you can now mark a claim for External Submission directly from the Claims page. This feature helps you manually track statuses and financials for paper claims, submissions to external payer portals, or other situations where the claim doesn't go through the integrated clearinghouse. See Submit External Claims for more information.  Client Portal A new client notification setting was added under Client Portal settings called “Changes Staff on an Appointment”, which will send an email to the client when an assigned staff is updated on an appointment if the notification is enabled. If the “Reschedules an Appointment” notification is enabled for your account, this new notification will also be enabled by default but can be disabled if needed. Kept Appointments A validation has been added when scheduling to prevent appointments with a future date from being updated to a status of “Kept” to aid in compliance requirements. Calendar Updates Google Calendar sync can now be initiated from the action button when viewing the calendar on a mobile device. Using your browser's back button will return you to the previous calendar view, including any date filters you applied. Service Time Change to Start/End Time The Service Time field on a progress note has been replaced by two new fields to indicate the start and end time of a session. Sign & Schedule Next Appointment When applying a signature to a clinical document, you can now sign and schedule the next appointment, which will launch the appointment modal after your signature is applied. Signature Page Navigation Update When viewing the signature page of a progress note, the Back button will allow you to navigate to the progress note, all progress notes, the Missing Progress Notes report, or your default Schedule view. New Progress Note Template Field A new Progress note template field allows you to switch templates from within the progress note. Upload Size Increase The individual file size for uploading documents has been increased to 50MB. The file size increase is applicable to a client's general documents and clinical documents. Catalyst Integration Addendums that are added in Catalyst will now show as an available update on the Catalyst Notes page. When accepting the Addendum update this will be added to the bottom of the Catalyst SOAP Note PDF in WebABA. If you are integrated with Catalyst, additional messaging has been added to the confirmation modal when archiving a WebABA client to give direction on what should be done within Catalyst if you also wish to remove the Catalyst student license. Staff Permissions Update Staff with the Administration or the Organization Administration permission can now be assigned a supervisor to approve or cosign clinical documentation. Billing Automation Rule The Progress note signed Billing Automation rule for invoice creation, invoice processing, and claim submission has been updated to Progress note signed by provider and now accounts for the supervisory workflow. If a progress note has been submitted to a supervisor to approve or cosign, the progress note will not be considered signed until the supervisee has signed the note. Diagnosis Codes for Invoices/Claims A new logic has been implemented that pulls diagnosis codes from the progress note or case onto invoices and claims. Dynamic Forms Expanding Text Boxes Paragraph fields on a client, case, progress note, or intake form now automatically expand as you type, letting you view all entered text without scrolling. New Organization Setting for Schedule Optimization  Organizations using the new scheduling experience now have a setting under Organization → Cancellation Policy to hide the Fee field and Waive fee checkbox when editing an appointment status.   Defect FixesSchedule Corrected an issue where some appointments where the status was manually changed (i.e. set to canceled, late cancel, etc.), it would then change back to “Kept” when the automatic “Kept” feature was used. This has been fixed so that now the status that was manually changed will remain for the appointment when the automatic “Kept” feature is also used.  Corrected an issue where the bulk edit appointment page was not loading properly when filters were selected. Now these filters can be used to properly display data from this page. Corrected an issue where the application was breaking when trying to create a group appointment from the group appointment page. Now group appointments can be created from this page as expected. Columns are now correctly aligned when printing the calendar view. Cases & Notes Corrected an issue where some progress notes couldn't be signed or submitted due to errors related to diagnosis codes, even though diagnosis codes were present on the initial assessment or an addendum. Billing Corrected an issue where pagination from one client's ledger was retained when navigating to another client's ledger instead of starting over at page 1. This has been fixed so that the table grid of the ledger will be reset to page 1 when going to another client's ledger. Corrected an issue where automatic invoice creation, automatic invoice processing, and automatic claim submission were considering a progress note signed if just a client signature was applied. Reports Performance improvements were made to the Detailed Attendance Report (Beta) to make running the report quicker for organizations that have larger data sets. Corrected an issue where the Accounts Receivable report was displaying no results. This has been fixed so that this report will load as expected. Corrected an issue where the Attendance by Service Type report was not returning results when adjusting the filters. Now these filters can be used to display data on this report properly.
