Jump to Section: New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  NOTE: These changes go into effect during the evening on the date specified in the article title (ie Wednesday night); most users will see these items the following day (ie Thursday morning).   New Features & Improvements Location Pharmacy List The Location Name is now displayed on the Location Pharmacy List. Medication List Icons All prescriptions sent electronically, including renewals and change response medications, will now show the pill bottle eRx   icon on the Pending, Active, and Previous Medications list. Compound Validation Compounds are now required to have at least one ingredient. Printed Prescriptions The patient's mobile phone number is now preferred over the home number on printed prescriptions. The Automatically Print Prescriptions option is now supported for those EHRs using the Route destination. Defect Fixes Printing enhancements The date is now properly updated on new prints of active medications. This corrects a bug that could cause the original prescription date to be displayed. Report Missing Rx Corrected a bug that could prevent the Report Missing Rx button from working properly. Alerts Messaging Corrected an issue that caused the EPCS not enabled alert to briefly display while the Transmit page loaded. Record Rx Corrected a bug that could prevent users from being able to Record medications. [Back to Top]

Jump to Section: New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  New Features & ImprovementsMark Claims for External Submission If you're connected to one of our partnered clearinghouses, you can now mark a claim for External Submission directly from the Claims page. This feature helps you manually track statuses and financials for paper claims, submissions to external payer portals, or other situations where the claim doesn't go through the integrated clearinghouse. See Submit External Claims for more information.  Client Portal A new client notification setting was added under Client Portal settings called “Changes Staff on an Appointment”, which will send an email to the client when an assigned staff is updated on an appointment if the notification is enabled. If the “Reschedules an Appointment” notification is enabled for your account, this new notification will also be enabled by default but can be disabled if needed. Kept Appointments A validation has been added when scheduling to prevent appointments with a future date from being updated to a status of “Kept” to aid in compliance requirements. Calendar Updates Google Calendar sync can now be initiated from the action button when viewing the calendar on a mobile device. Using your browser's back button will return you to the previous calendar view, including any date filters you applied. Service Time Change to Start/End Time The Service Time field on a progress note has been replaced by two new fields to indicate the start and end time of a session. Sign & Schedule Next Appointment When applying a signature to a clinical document, you can now sign and schedule the next appointment, which will launch the appointment modal after your signature is applied. Signature Page Navigation Update When viewing the signature page of a progress note, the Back button will allow you to navigate to the progress note, all progress notes, the Missing Progress Notes report, or your default Schedule view. New Progress Note Template Field A new Progress note template field allows you to switch templates from within the progress note. Upload Size Increase The individual file size for uploading documents has been increased to 50MB. The file size increase is applicable to a client's general documents and clinical documents. Catalyst Integration Addendums that are added in Catalyst will now show as an available update on the Catalyst Notes page. When accepting the Addendum update this will be added to the bottom of the Catalyst SOAP Note PDF in WebABA. If you are integrated with Catalyst, additional messaging has been added to the confirmation modal when archiving a WebABA client to give direction on what should be done within Catalyst if you also wish to remove the Catalyst student license. Staff Permissions Update Staff with the Administration or the Organization Administration permission can now be assigned a supervisor to approve or cosign clinical documentation. Billing Automation Rule The Progress note signed Billing Automation rule for invoice creation, invoice processing, and claim submission has been updated to Progress note signed by provider and now accounts for the supervisory workflow. If a progress note has been submitted to a supervisor to approve or cosign, the progress note will not be considered signed until the supervisee has signed the note. Diagnosis Codes for Invoices/Claims A new logic has been implemented that pulls diagnosis codes from the progress note or case onto invoices and claims. Dynamic Forms Expanding Text Boxes Paragraph fields on a client, case, progress note, or intake form now automatically expand as you type, letting you view all entered text without scrolling. New Organization Setting for Schedule Optimization  Organizations using the new scheduling experience now have a setting under Organization → Cancellation Policy to hide the Fee field and Waive fee checkbox when editing an appointment status.   Defect FixesSchedule Corrected an issue where some appointments where the status was manually changed (i.e. set to canceled, late cancel, etc.), it would then change back to “Kept” when the automatic “Kept” feature was used. This has been fixed so that now the status that was manually changed will remain for the appointment when the automatic “Kept” feature is also used.  Corrected an issue where the bulk edit appointment page was not loading properly when filters were selected. Now these filters can be used to properly display data from this page. Corrected an issue where the application was breaking when trying to create a group appointment from the group appointment page. Now group appointments can be created from this page as expected. Columns are now correctly aligned when printing the calendar view. Cases & Notes Corrected an issue where some progress notes couldn't be signed or submitted due to errors related to diagnosis codes, even though diagnosis codes were present on the initial assessment or an addendum. Billing Corrected an issue where pagination from one client's ledger was retained when navigating to another client's ledger instead of starting over at page 1. This has been fixed so that the table grid of the ledger will be reset to page 1 when going to another client's ledger. Corrected an issue where automatic invoice creation, automatic invoice processing, and automatic claim submission were considering a progress note signed if just a client signature was applied. Reports Performance improvements were made to the Detailed Attendance Report (Beta) to make running the report quicker for organizations that have larger data sets. Corrected an issue where the Accounts Receivable report was displaying no results. This has been fixed so that this report will load as expected. Corrected an issue where the Attendance by Service Type report was not returning results when adjusting the filters. Now these filters can be used to display data on this report properly. Client Portal Email Address Message Change A generic message — “An error occurred when creating your account”—will now appear if a client tries to create an account from your Client Portal using an email address already linked to an existing client in your practice.   Defect FixesSchedule Corrected an issue where some appointments where the status was manually changed (i.e. set to canceled, late cancel, etc.), it would then change back to “Kept” when the automatic “Kept” feature was used. Jump to Section: New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  New Features & Improvements Send Additional Appointment Reminders An admin can now customize how many email or text message appointment reminders to send, plus control the timing of those reminders!  Learn More:  Set Up Appointment Reminders for the Clinic.  Set Up Appointment Reminders for a Patient.   Set Up   To configure your clinic’s appointment reminders, go to Admin → Advanced Setup → Appointment Reminders. If your clinic has access to both email and text reminders, you’ll have two reminders by default: Email - 1 day before Text - 1 day before   These will be active if your clinic previously had email / text reminders turned on, or inactive if they were turned off.   Click an existing reminder to modify it or click the + Appointment Reminder button in the lower right to add an additional reminder. You can choose whether the reminder is sent by email or text and how many days or hours before an appointment it should be sent.   Deactivate or delete all appointment reminders of a certain type to completely turn off that type of appointment reminder for your clinic.   Notes No more than two reminders of the same type can be sent for an appointment within one 24 hour period. You may want to check your subscription in Admin → Fusion Billing Plan to confirm how you are charged for text message appointment reminders before activating or adding additional text message reminders. The email sent for reminders is the same as before, but the text message now includes the month and date instead of just the day of week of the appointment.   Test Message Quiet Hours Appointment reminders sent by text message now follow quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM in your clinic’s time zone. If a text message reminder would be sent during that time, it will now be sent before quiet hours begin, between 7:00 PM and 7:59 PM. Navigate to Claim from Invoice When an invoice includes a line that came from a claim, you can now easily view that claim by clicking the View Claim  icon to the right of the invoice line.  Learn More: Navigate to Claim from Invoice   Defect Fixes Can’t save visit signatures Resolved an issue that prevented the Save button from being used when trying to get a visit signature on mobile. Sent date on intake forms shows future date Intake forms sent to portal users after 7:00 PM Eastern will now show the date it was sent instead of the following day. Prevent invalid birthdate in patient import Birthdates with year “0000” will now be flagged as an error when importing patients into Fusion. [Back to Top]

Any changes or additions in skipped versions are included in the next public release. REMINDER: To schedule an update to the latest version, please contact Support to submit a request.  Version 3.66  New Features & ImprovementsNew 837P Options A new option for the 837 Professional (837P), "Exclude CCBHC Claims until TPL is complete" has been added. When selected, this option will restrict all services with a Service Definition Category of "CCBHC-PPS1", "CCBHC-PPS2", and "CCBHC Shadow Claim" from being billed if there is an associated CCBHC Shadow Claim that has charge for a prior payer. CCBHC billing for those services will be held back while the charge(s) for the prior payer have a Status of Active, Outgoing, Working, or Denied. Once the Charge Status for the prior payer has been set to Done, and the CCBHC Payer charge has been created, billing for the CCBHC services will occur in the next billing run. A new option for the 837 Professional (837P), "Report $0 for CCBHC Shadow Claims", has been added. When selected, all services with a Service Definition Category of "CCBHC Shadow Claim" will be reported with a Charge amount of $0. New Add Defined List Record Option In Configuration - Setup > Defined Lists, users can now add new records to defined lists via a new +Add Defined List Record option. A Add Defined List Record modal window will open for users to input values when adding a new defined list record. If all values (excluding StartDate/EndDate) are blank, a message will appear: "Record must contain at least one value (excluding StartDate/EndDate)". The Save button will be disabled is all non-Start/End date values are blank. Users cannot save a record with only an End Date or only a Start Date. For existing records, a caution icon will appear next to any defined list record with missing or invalid data. Hovering over the icon will display the message: "This defined list record has missing or invalid data." Records with missing information will default to the top of the list for easy identification. This update enhances the user experience by ensuring data integrity and providing clear guidance on required fields. New AHC-HRSN Screening Tool Form A new form required for CCBHCs, CQMs, and ONC standards called AHC-HRSN Screening Tool has been added to the system on the Timeline. Users must configure the AHC-HRSN Screening Tool form within Configuration - Client Chart > VHR Timeline  to make it available. Update to $0 Payments Billing An update has been made to the way $0 payments affect Charges with a Status of Done. If the $0 payment is a Denial, an Unapplied Payment will now be created. If the $0 is not a Denial, no payments will be created. A Denial is identified by the Transaction Definition being set as a Denial transaction. Enrollment Discharge Reasons Defined List - Updated Fields The Enrollment Discharge Reasons defined list now includes the following fields: Code, Description, EndDate, and StartDate. Code and Description are mandatory fields while EndDate and StartDate are optional. This update improves the management of enrollment discharge reasons by providing more flexibility and ensuring data accuracy. NOTE:  The selection in the Client Enrollments screen will respect the Start and End Dates of the Discharge reason. This does not apply to custom enrollments screen.  Update to Service link in Claims The service link in the Claims modal has been updated to blue to match other hyperlinks on the Claims screen. All hyperlinks, including the service link, are now consistently displayed in blue. Clicking the service link will open the associated service. This update ensures a uniform appearance for hyperlinks, enhancing the user experience. Changes to Aging Detail By Payer & Aging Detail for Export Reports Changes were made to the Aging Detail By Payer and Aging Detail for Export reports concerning Unapplied Payments. Previously, Unapplied Payments not associated with a charge, remittance, or service were displaying as blanks. Now, an asterisk (*) will display if this is the case. In addition, these reports also display the created Status for clarity. Feature Removed from Reprocessing We have removed a feature that was introduced in Version 3.63 of the application, see Release Notes: October 21, 2024 - 3.63 Addendum for more information. Reprocessing is no longer prevented if there is an associated Remittance with a Status of 'Ready' or 'Not Ready.' Reprocessing will be allowed, and users will need to go to Remittances after Reprocessing to associate the remittance to the correct newly-created charge.   Defect FixesPayer Rate Override Fix In Configuration - Services/Payers > Payers > Rates, an issue was fixed where the Rate Override Save button was enabled without completed required fields in the Payer Override screen.  Client Date of Birth Field Issue An issue was resolved where when updating the Date of Birth manually on a newly created Client would present an error. Duplicate Remittances Issue An issue was resolved where remittances were displaying as duplicates in the Remittances > Batches screen.  Claim Reprocessing Fix An issue was resolved where a claim could not be reprocessed if a Void Request was created. Program End Date Issue An issue was corrected where users were unable to add programs to a diagnosis when the program's start date is after the existing diagnosis date. The dropdown menu will continue to recognize and respect program end dates. Addendum: The following item was released with Version 3.66 but previously omitted from these release notes.Progress Note Form Tab Function Issue An issue was resolved where users were unable to cycle through the fields in Progress Note form using the tab key. Jump to Section: Improvements Portal Defect Fixes Portal App   App Version: 20250116.4  Improvements PortalNew Organization Setting to Enable/Disable Timesheets A new organization-level setting has been added to Catalyst. Organizations can choose whether or not they still use the Timesheets features in Catalyst.   IMPORTANT:  If your organization still uses any of the Timesheets features, it’s important that an administrator for your organization checks the box to “Enable Timesheets” in Administration > Organization Settings. This setting is available now but will not take effect until our mid-February release.    Defect Fixes PortalBehavior Graphing "Merge data into single series" Showing Incorrect Rate for Count/Hour  An issue with the Count/Hour graph for Rate Behaviors that have been merged into a single series has been resolved.  Draft SOAP Notes created in the portal are showing in the “Published” section of the mobile app  This issue has been resolved.  Intermittently Receiving Error when Running Devices Report  A database improvement has been applied to resolve an issue users reported running the Devices Report.   AppWhen the user selects the "Intermixed" momentum type, the app does not auto-advance after the first momentum target is presented  The app will now auto-advance as expected.  New SOAP Notes intermittently being treated as SOAP Note edits  We’ve applied a code change to resolve an issue where newly created SOAP Notes on the app are intermittently being treated as edits to a SOAP Note.  When in a Template Signature Field and the User Presses the Device Back Button, the App Does Not Revert to Portrait Mode (remains in Landscape)  This issue has been resolved.  "Session Settings" are reset when the user taps refresh sync to sync certain data from the portal  Session Settings in the app will no longer reset based on sync data.  Some Students not Available for Download  We’ve resolved an error on student download that could cause a student to not show in the “Available for Download” or “On Device” list on the app.  Mobile SOAP Notes in Draft not Publishing without Making an Edit (released in hotfix)  This issue has been resolved. Draft SOAP Notes can now be published from the app without requiring an edit to a field on the note.  Fluency/Rate Target Timer Enhancements  We’ve made improvements to Fluency/Rate target timers to improve performance issues. We’ll be making these same improvements to other target and behavior timers.  When a User queues Students for User A and then pins in as User B, the student list is empty and does not show any students available to download  This issue has been resolved.   [Back to Top]

Jump to Section: New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes  New Features & Improvements Appointment Requests This new feature can allow patients or caregivers to request appointments via the patient portal based on a therapist’s availability. Learn More: Appointment Requests Overview Request a Visit Signature  You can now request a signature to confirm services were performed, allowing the portal user to provide the signature via the patient portal. Once a visit signature has been provided via the patient portal, it will be included automatically on daily notes when viewing, downloading, emailing or faxing the document.  Learn More: Get a Visit SignatureRequest a Visit Signature: To request a visit signature while editing a daily note, click the Visit Signature button at the bottom, click the Portal tab, and select a portal user associated with the patient to send the request to.   You can also request a visit signature for a daily note that has already been completed. Navigate to the list of completed daily notes and click the Visit Signature icon.   This icon will change if a visit signature has already been requested and is pending, or once a signature has been provided (whether it was provided via the patient portal or in person). The Visit Signature   icon indicates that the document does not have a visit signature. (You can click this icon to Request a Visit Signature via the Patient Portal.) The Visit Signature Pending   icon indicates that a visit signature has been requested via the portal but has not been completed by the portal user. The Visit Signature Provided  icon indicates that a visit signature has been provided. After a visit signature has been requested, you can also cancel the request and send it to a different portal user by clicking the same Visit Signature button. Portal User Experience: When visit signature is requested, the portal user will receive an email asking them to log in to the patient portal to provide a signature.      In the patient portal, a notification banner will appear about the signature request. Click this banner to type a digital signature for the visit. Any changes or additions in skipped versions are included in the next public release. REMINDER: To schedule an update to the latest version, please contact Support to submit a request.  Version 2.49 See the option to download the complete list at the bottom of the article.  Defect FixesBillingPatient Billing Error Patient Billing A-Z will now process one Letter at a time, automatically.  It will do so with whatever range is used.  If the save-to-file option is set, it will append the letter to each filename saved. If set to print, and SaveToPDF is selected, it will prompt for the filename you want for each letter. If A-Z is not selected, the statements will function as they did before. Patient Statements - Address Field Fix The Address 2 field will now print out on all Patient Statements. Charge Entry - Unit Calculation The amount of units showing up in Charge Entry should be showing the Units setup from the Procedure unit setup window. There are minimum and maximums set in minutes based off the length of the note and what should be showing in the Quantity box in Charge Entry for a specific claim should be what is shown based off the length of the note on the Procedure Unit Setup window for the Procedure code being used.  CCBHC - My Billing Tab Error In Day to Day > My Billing > CCBHC tab, when dates have been entered in the DOS fields, with a CCBHC selection, and object reference error message would display on form MH047 v1 Group Note. This has been resolved. Add Extra Write-offs Issue An issue was resolved where write offs entered in the Add extra writeoffs screen were not being saved during manual payment posting. Eligibility Module Issue An issue was resolved where eligibility functionality was no longer allowing users the ability to choose batch numbers when eligibility checks are run. Auto-Posting Fix Auto-posting has been fixed to work with newer secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) sites.  ChartsPatient Details - Alias Display If the Alias is filled out in Patient Details, it will only be reflect on the chart and forms for that Patient.  ClinicalEAP Module Error An issue was resolved where the user was receiving an error message when entering communication in the EAP module. Calendar & Scheduler Error An issue was resolved where users were periodically receiving an unhandled exception error when checking client in on the Calendar and Scheduler.  Clienttell SFTP IP Address Change The IP Address for SFTP with Clienttell has been updated and changed in global nightly maintenance. Patient Statement File Delivery via SFTP Global nightly maintenance has been fixed so that patient statement files can be sent to newer SFTP servers.  Forms/Form LabProgress Notes Fix Previously, when the user was opening a signed, but not locked progress note, they were prompted with the Progress Note Library message, which asks if they want to overwrite the Progress Note with the Visit Type note text. This should not be prompted when the user is only opening the note, and should only occur when a new Visit Type is selected. This was resolved for locked notes, and is now additionally applied for completed notes. Window Resize & Scroll Issue The ability to stretch or vertical scroll with a form window has been improved. Face Sheet Form Error The Face Sheet form (SA014_FCv2) has been updated to incorporate the new Next of Kin field that was added in Patient Contacts. The form will now open without error. Form Lab Form Error Form Lab has been updated so new forms will only show the option of Fill From Customer Choices. The Fill From Lookup Tables and the Lookup Table search fields are now hidden and cannot be selected. Template Form - Print Function The ability to print out a blank version of a templated form has been updated. Visit Type Reconciliation Update Updates have been made to the system's Visit Type reconciliation so that it will calculate only the amount of times cumulatively on each event. For example, if one event is 30 minutes, and another event is 45 minutes, it should only be calculating the amount of time on each event, not the time between each event additionally.  Form Lab - SC Quality of Life Scale Form After the SC Quality of Life Scale form is fully filled out, the form will no longer throw errors and will instead immediately open a previewed version of the form to be printed.  Form Lab Form with Stack - Signature Issue When a signature is captured, all fields prior to that signature are locked and any fields after this signature is available to be filled out the next time the form is opened. PAS Re-Submission Issue The PAS Re-Submission window has been updated to match the form dropdown of the PAS Submission window, including only the 2024 forms.  Progress Note Printing Issue An issue was fixed with Progress Note printing for sections with long text associated with checkbox items. Form Lab Form FL_DAAITPv2 An issue was resolved where the FL_DAAITPv2 form would not print.  Medication ManagementMethadone Dispenses Window - Unhandled Exception The insertion of one time order form data has been updated. The system will now check that the RecordID (which becomes the OrderID) does not exist in the database before inserting any data. This will ensure there will not be two rows with the same OrderID to cause an exception upon selection in the dispensing screen. Medication Dispensing Admin Screen An issue was resolved where label printing on the Medication Dispensing Admin Screen was not working.  Power BIPower Bi Medication Table - Inactive Records Inactive Medications are now included in the current Power BI Patient Medication export.  ReportingProgress Note Payroll Units Report The Locked Date (signature date) has been added to the Progress Note Payroll Units report. Total A/R Aged by First Bill Date by Client Details Report, Total A/R Aged by First Bill Date by Payer Details Report, & Total A/R by First Bill Date by Program Summary Report  - Filters These three reports have been changed so that Charges and Payments have their own filters. Users can select any date range for charges, which does not impact which payments display in the report. Posting Activity Report Changes When a user sets the Group By Date filter as "Posting Creation", the generated report will reflect this filter value as "Posting Creation".  v4.2.4 - Programs will show only from the visit, not the payment for the Posting Activity report. v4.3.0 - The table was updated to store larger values so truncation does not occur.  Medication Dispensing Report The report was updated so the medications will be shown as given at the time that they are signed at instead of as "MNG (medication not given)". Provider Productivity - Revenue Earned Report v4.5.1 - The logic of the report has been updated to remove duplicates. Canned Report Issue The column value type has been changed to avoid error in report execution. Appointment to Progress Note Reconciliation Report The query for the report has been optimized for the report will render faster and can be saved as a PDF file or CSV file. Eligibility Compare to Insurance Report  The Chart Status parameter has been fixed to ensure rows generated into the report only include rows with the selected Chart Status(es). The report will now show 271 data that came in on a 271 eligibility result for patients that had eligibility checked.  Caseload Report The report will now reflect the active Primary on the patient chart. Payments and Charges by Payer Details Report The report has been fixed to reflect the correct customary and contractual amount based on procedure variations, if there is one. Total Accounts Receivable by Payer Report An issue was occurring where when a transaction was identified as a refund, it was reflected as an open balance on the Total Accounts Receivable by Payer Report. Now, the appointment will save as expected when you make this change.  An appointment that recurs every workday and ends after 5 occurrences will only create 5 appointments. Previously, 6 appointments were being created. Corrected an issue where clicking on the top edge of an appointment block after switching focus from another program caused the appointment’s start and end times to shift unexpectedly. Appointments now retain their correct times when interacted with after returning to the calendar. Corrected an issue with new availability blocks requiring page refresh to appearing on the staff calendar view. This has been fixed where availability blocks appear on staff calendar view instantly and does not require page refresh. Corrected an issues with incorrect Availability slots displayed on Staff calendar view. Previously, additional availability slots use to appear on staff calendar view for recurring Availability blocks.   Clients Corrected an issue where a client’s age wasn’t displayed in the left-navigation menu if your organization has their date preference set as dd/mm/yyyy.  Corrected an issue where sometimes a group wasn’t visible from the Groups page if all but one of the clients were archived. Units for No-Show Fix An issue was fixed with the Allow/do not allow units for no-shows setting, which prevented the value from defaulting to "0" when set to "Do not allow". Error when Opening ERAs Users will no longer receive errors when opening ERA files.  Service Lines Prior to October 1, 2024 - ICD-10 Codes Services lines with a date of service prior to October 1, 2024 will be able to use older ICD-10 codes without issue. ClinicalLocking Permission Defect If the Staff Permission to Lock the Form was not checked during Creation of Clinical/Charting, the user would not be able to lock the form. The issue is now resolved where the permission check during Creation is present. Reporting1520 Report The Claims Denied number will now be the same as the totals in the Denials By... sections. The release version becomes available on the release date. Version 3.65 New Features & ImprovementsNew Billing Job Status Indicators New job status indicators now refresh the job status automatically. When a processing job is In Progress on a History screen, the Job Status will now automatically refresh when the job is complete. Users no longer need to navigate to another screen, or refresh the screen, to see the Job Status update. This change applies to Unprocessed Services, Unbilled Charges, Unprocessed Remittances, and Reprocessing History. Update to Remittances Pagination The pagination was updated on the legacy Remittances screen so that the first 50 records display on the first page and selections may be made across pages. New Supervisor Reporting Option - 837P Configuration The 837 Professional configuration screen now includes a Supervisor Reporting field to report the Supervising Staff in both the Rendering Loop (Loop 2310B) and the Supervising Loop (Loop 2310E). Users must select the Report Staff checkbox for these loops to report. This option should not be selected unless a payer or clearinghouse specifically requires it. New Supervisor Condition for Payer Rates A new Condition has been added within Configuration - Services/Payers > Payers > Rates under the Procedure Modifiers - Defined Filters section. The Condition is labeled "When a Supervisor is Billed." If "Bill for Supervising" is selected under Payers > Processing, and a Supervisor was entered on a given service, the Modifier entered with this Condition will be attached to the charge during Charge Processing. New Warning Logged for Reporting Supervisor - 837P Configuration A warning is now logged if "Report Supervisor in the Supervisor Loop" is selected in the Supervisor Reporting field, and no Supervisor is present on the service. The warning will display in the Unbilled Charges, within the Errors and History tabs.  Update to FormDesignEHR FormDesignEHR was updated to correctly handle a scenario when a field tied to a radio button component was replaced with a user validation field containing a new set of values. The old, deprecated values were included in the validation with an end date and this combination was not handled correctly in FD user validation, causing blank fields when adding records. Time Display Change for Custom Forms An issue was discovered where custom forms in FormDesignEHR with the TimeZoneOffset property, would save time in UTC without accounting for Daylight Savings Time, causing a one-hour discrepancy between custom forms and reports. We have introduced a new SQL function, "dbo.EchoCore_DateTimeForTimeZoneNoDst" to ensure the time stored from custom form is displayed correctly in Reports. Agencies must manually update their custom reports to replace the original "dbo.DateTimeForTimeZone" function with the new "dbo.EchoCore_DateTimeForTimeZoneNoDST" to apply the fix. Service Definition Rate Modifiers Improvement When adding modifiers to rates in a service definition, the priority order will no longer shift until the blue Save button is clicked. Client Portal - Requesting an Appointment When requesting an appointment in the Client Portal, new requests will now appear in the pending section without needing to refresh. We have also improved the way scrolling behaves. New Checkbox for External Labs The term “unsolicited” has been removed from lab descriptions. A new Unsolicited checkbox field now indicates labs ordered outside the system. Additionally, when multiple results are returned for a lab order, all will display as ordered outside the system, enhancing clarity and consistency. [Back to Top] Defect FixesEnrollments Form - Program & Location Fields  In Version 3.60 of the product, a change was introduced to the Program and Location dropdown fields in the Client Enrollments tab form. When one of those components were end dated, a user would not see it available for selection. This improvement caused errors in the Enrollments screen when a Start Date was changed due to a validation in FormDesignEHR to ensure all filtered values are still correct when filtering criteria (date) changed. Now, the system will clear out the Location and Program fields whenever users change the Start Date, not when users save the form. Education/Vocation Tab Error Users were receiving a fatal error in the Client Education/Vocation tab. This was caused by a missing Description value in the Employment Status defined list configuration. A fix was implemented to resolve this issue that covers all defined lists without the need to make changes to each. Enrollments Form - End Dated Program Validation When a program was end dated in Configuration - Services/Payers > Components and that end date was before an Enrollment Begin date, the Enrollments screen would display the ID of the Program instead of the Program Name. A validation has been added to the Enrollments form Program field. Self Pay - Bundled Services Fix A defect was corrected where extra charges were being generated when a bundled service waterfalled to Self Pay. If such charges were created, they can now be reversed and processed through correctly. Client Profile Tab - Suffix Field An issue was resolved where users were unable to save data in the Suffix field in the Client Profile tab. The blue Save button will be enabled after entering a change to the Suffix field. Unapplied Payments Correction An issue with failing Unapplied Payments jobs was corrected. Audit Search Results Fix Resolved the issue where the Export Results function was not working in Audit Search when there were a large number of results. Orders & Results Pagination Fix The Labs > Orders & Results window will now paginate based on Common Lab Orders, not individual test results. Each lab order will be displayed as a single line item, with the total number of test results highlighted. Users can click into the results to show the available document. MFA adds an additional layer of security by requiring both a password and a verification code sent your email. MFA can be required for all staff, or enabled for individual staff.   Clients Two new fields "Plan type" and "Insurance notes" are added on the Client Insurance Details page along with existing core elements of the client's insurance policy. The notes section provides flexibility to record important contextual information related to the client's insurance.   Billing A new checkbox has been added to the “Apply to All Invoices” button under Batch Invoicing where the option of  ”Group all appointments into single claim” can be checked once and applied to all invoices that are part of your filtered results, making this checkbox checked by default when creating these invoices. Now the page will load as expected. Corrected an issue where some of the words in the “Rejection/Denial Details” column on the Rejected/Denied and Resubmitted tabs were getting split in the middle of the word when several columns were added to the table grid. This was corrected so that this word will not split in the middle when adding to the number of columns. Corrected an issue where automatic invoice processing failed to add some invoices to Claims Awaiting Submission if a primary payer exclusion rule had been created, and the payer excluded was listed as a secondary payer for a client. Resolved an issue where some invoices for kept appointments were generated 3-4 days late instead of during the nightly automatic invoice creation job. Automation timing has been adjusted to ensure invoices are generated on schedule moving forward.   Reports Corrected an issue where the sorting functionality was not working on the “Client Name” column in the Claims Activity report. Now you can sort this column by the client’s last name if needed. Corrected an issue where the total boxes on the submitted claims report was not always showing the correct value as it was not factoring in when all filters were applied to the grid. This has been corrected so that all filtered options made to the grid will factor into the total box calculations. The Legacy Detailed Attendance report and Beta Detailed Attendance report can now be run as expected. Previously, an error was occurring behind the scenes which caused the report to not load or an error message to show. Corrected an issue with the Rendering provider report, where the "Mark as Paid" column gets hidden from the report grid when the user downloads CSV or PDF file. This has been fixed where the Rendering provider report retains Mark as Paid column on the report grid when downloading copy of the report.   Organization Corrected an issue where duplicate SMS appointment reminders were sent out after a client had confirmed the appointment. This has been corrected so that the appointment reminder will not be sent out for a second time after the client has confirmed.   Profile & Settings Corrected an issue when a multi-staff appointment was deleted from the Bulk Edit Appointments page, that if the staff had “Email me when someone else changes my schedule” as checked in their Preferences, that only one and not all of the staff were getting an alert that the appointment had been deleted. This has been fixed so that all staff that are part of the appointment will receive a notification if deleted if they have that notification preference enabled.   Client Portal Corrected an issue where clients were able to add insurance from the client portal when the toggle “Allow clients to add new insurance payers” was set to false in client portal setting. This has been fixed where the "Add Insurance" button on client portal is hidden when the toggle setting is false.   Payment Processing Corrected a spelling error in Batch Payments where "batch" was incorrectly displayed as "bacth" in an error message. MFA adds an additional layer of security by requiring both a password and a verification code sent your email. MFA can be required for all staff, or enabled for individual staff.    Clients Two new fields "Plan type" and "Insurance notes" are added on the Client Insurance Details page along with existing core elements of the client's insurance policy. The notes section provides flexibility to record important contextual information related to the client's insurance.   Catalyst Made an improvement to the integration with Catalyst that will send over any staff assignment changes made to WebABA appointments to the integrated calendar and the session drop down on the Catalyst SOAP notes so that the appointment will only appear on the updated staff’s calendar.   Billing A new checkbox has been added to the “Apply to All Invoices” button under Batch Invoicing where the option of “Group all appointments into single claim” can be checked once and applied to all invoices that are part of your filtered results, making this checkbox checked by default when creating these invoices. You will now receive an error message with instructions on how to correct this in order to edit this soap note going forward.
