Release Notes

Here’s what’s new from our product team over the past 12 months.

Release Notes: June 17, 2026

Improvements  Billing We’ve refreshed the Add New Adjustment and adjustment details pages with a modern design and improved interface elements, making them easier to navigate and use. Organization We’ve updated parts of the Manage Subscription tab with a more modern design and improved interface elements for a smoother experience.   Fixes  Schedule The appointment creation window is now faster and more responsive. The Client field loads the top 100 results (instead of the full list), reducing load times, and a new loading indicator on the Save button confirms when your changes are being saved. Clients We fixed an issue where having an Additional Email could cause errors when updating client location, ensuring smoother client record updates. Billing We’ve addressed a situation during ERA auto-processing where files with multiple payments for the same client could fail to correctly post. Payments now process and apply correctly without errors. We fixed an issue where invoices created from the Agenda view could reorder service types alphabetically instead of preserving the original appointment order. Invoices now consistently reflect the correct service order across all workflows. Reports We’ve resolved an issue in the daily billing report where CSV downloads split dollar amounts with commas across multiple cells. Amounts now appear correctly in a single cell. Organization We’ve resolved an issue on the Manage Subscription page where the View client list to add more link caused an error. It now redirects correctly and opens the Add new client modal as expected.

Improvements  Cases & Notes The treatment plan list page has been updated so that clicking "Sign" takes you directly to the signature page rather than the details page. The client name dropdown is now read-only for individual cases, and Wiley subscription buttons have been updated to title case to match design standards.   Fixes  Schedule After creating a group appointment and tabbing out of a field, the Service Type field appeared disabled and could not be reached by tabbing. It now behaves as expected and can be tabbed into and edited normally. All-day recurring events created more than 60 days in advance were not showing up on the calendar. They now display correctly for all future dates. When an appointment reminder application was rejected, the contact email in the support message was outdated. It has been updated to the correct customer care address across all three platforms. Billing Clients could be charged multiple times for a single telehealth session if they opened the prepayment window in more than one browser tab and submitted quickly. Payments are now limited to one successful transaction per session, regardless of how many attempts are made at the same time. Accounts with a disabled Vantage payment processor could not record payments when saved credit cards were still on file. Payments can now be captured and recorded as credit/debit card transactions even when the processor is no longer active. Reports The demographic snapshot report was failing to open as a PDF download. It now exports and downloads as a PDF as expected.

Release Notes: July 29, 2026

New Organization Admin seats are now free on all per-provider plans (Essentials, Advanced, and Premier). This will be reflected on your August 1 invoice, and the Manage Licenses page no longer shows a tile or column for managing admin seats. You can also now assign Staff Admin permissions to any staff member from the Permissions page, without needing an admin license first.   Improvements  Cases & Notes Several pages in the case workflow have been refreshed with a modern design and improved interface elements, making them easier to navigate and use. This includes the case list, case info, close case details and close info, initial assessments and addendums, contact notes, and dynamic single- and multi-use case forms. Billing You can now save from the bottom of the add/edit adjustment page in the ledger. This makes it easier to complete an adjustment and move on, including via keyboard navigation. The payment enrollment banner under a client's Bill To & Insurance Info tab has been updated for organizations that haven't yet enrolled in Ensora Payments. The banner now points you to Manage Subscription to turn on Payments and securely store credit cards, and the link takes you directly to the Ensora Payments section there. Organization Naming consistency, subscription messaging, and currency formatting have been improved across several subscription pages to align them with our design standards. Client Portal The Client Portal Settings page has been updated to clarify that online and credit card payment options are available through the Ensora Payments upgrade, making it easier to see which payment options are available to your practice.   Fixes  Cases & Notes Supervisors were receiving multiple alerts and emails when a single progress note was submitted. Supervisors now receive only the initial alert and email, as expected. The "Apply Notes to All Group Members" button only synced updates the first time it was clicked for certain dynamic form elements. It now synchronizes updates across group member notes every time you click it. Supervisors were sometimes getting review alerts and emails for notes that didn't actually require their review or co-signature in shared-client scenarios. These alerts have been improved so supervisors are only prompted when their review is actually needed, cutting down on confusion and unnecessary follow-up. Corrected an issue where selected options in multi-select dynamic fields on a progress note did not appear on the PDF. Selections now display correctly on the PDF. Schedule Some providers were seeing availability conflict warnings on appointments that actually fell within their defined availability, particularly around midnight-crossing UTC blocks. Appointments within a provider's availability are now correctly recognized, so you'll see fewer unnecessary conflict warnings. Billing Some ERA records that needed manual review were incorrectly updating related claims and invoices to a Paid status. ERAs that can't be automatically processed now stay pending review, and claim and invoice statuses stay unchanged until that review is complete. Organization Customers whose subscriptions were canceled for non-payment couldn't resume without switching billing platforms. Eligible customers can now resume their subscription and pay any outstanding balance without being required to switch billing platforms.

Release Notes: July 16, 2026

NewClients The Client Details page has several improvements to help you find and act on key information faster. Balance tiles and Client Portal status badges now use color indicators, and balance tiles are clickable, taking you straight to Client Balance Due, Insurance Balance Due, or Primary/Secondary Insurance details. Client Portal Portal messaging now keeps each contact's inbox separate. Previously, client contacts with portal access could see a client's full inbox instead of just their own messages; this is now enforced at the server level. A related issue where a contact who is also a client would lose portal access if their client record was archived has also been resolved.   Improvements  Schedule The selection cards for choosing between in-person and telehealth appointments in the appointment creation flow now use simpler, more recognizable icons. Approved SMS reminder campaigns are handled better when appointment reminders are temporarily disabled. Previously approved campaigns are now retained and automatically restored when reminders are re-enabled, so there's no need to recreate and resubmit them for approval. Cases & Notes Several pages in the progress notes workflow have a modern design and improved interface elements, making them easier to navigate. This covers the list and detail views for progress notes, Wiley progress notes, addendums, and group notes. Billing The Export Transactions page has a modern design and improved interface elements, making it easier to navigate and use. Profile & Settings The profile photo upload experience has moved onto the main Details page instead of living in a separate tab. Users can upload, replace, or remove a profile photo right where they edit the rest of their profile information. Telehealth Appointment messaging for practices without a telehealth subscription is cleaner now. Messaging that no longer applied has been removed or refined to reduce confusion when viewing and managing appointments.   Fixes  Schedule Editing recurring appointments more than 60 days out would fail and time out when updating the client field. You can now update those appointment details successfully. The "Reschedule to" appointment modal had a field overlapping another element, making it hard to read or use. The modal now displays correctly. Appointment notification emails were sometimes sent to additional users associated with a client. These emails now go only to the assigned staff member and the client, cutting down on unnecessary notifications. Scheduling validation for providers in Arizona time zones wasn't handling daylight saving changes consistently. Availability is now interpreted correctly across DST changes, giving more consistent scheduling for appointments created through partner integrations and APIs. Clients Longer text fields in client additional details didn't accept line breaks when pressing enter. Line breaks now work as expected in those fields. Billing The AED currency symbol showed up as a blank box when printing ledger documents. It now displays correctly on printouts. A client ledger wouldn't load if a linked prepayment's appointment had been deleted. Prepayments on deleted appointments are now automatically converted to unapplied payments, so ledgers load correctly and you no longer need to remove the prepay link before deleting the appointment. Reports The Payments report was slow, sometimes taking several minutes or longer to generate. It now loads much faster across a wide range of date ranges. Organization Individual and group telehealth plan selections weren't staying selected in some scenarios when signing up for an initial telehealth plan. Your selected plan and pricing now match and stay set correctly.

Release Notes: July 16, 2026

Jump to Section:New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes New Features & ImprovementsClient Portal We closed a privacy gap in secure messaging: client contact with portal access could previously see a client’s inbox, not just their own. Now, contacts only ever see their own messages, and this is enforced at the server level for extra security. We also fixed an edge case where a contact who is also a client would lose all access if their client record was archived; those users can now still reach their own profile and messages as expected. Staff We added a new permission that gives admins visibility into clinical information without the ability to make changes. Admins with this permission can view client cases, progress notes, and clinical reports, but actions that would create or modify clinical data (like adding a new case or progress note) are disabled, with tooltips explaining why. Pages that aren’t relevant to read-only access are hidden, and the Missing Progress Notes report no longer shows an action column for these users. Clients We have made several improvements to the Client Details page to make key information easier to identify and access. Balance tiles are now interactive. Users can click directly from these tiles to related areas of the application, including Client Balance Due, Insurance Balance Due, and Primary or Secondary Insurance details, helping streamline navigation and everyday workflows. Profile & Settings We rebuilt the profile photo upload experience on the Details page as part of ongoing platform modernization instead of it being in a separate tab. Users can upload, replace, or remove their profile photo on the same page where they can edit their profile information. Schedule Improved icon clarity in the appointment creation flow by replacing complex icons with simpler, more recognizable ones for the selection cards when choosing between in person and telehealth appointments. We have improved the way approved SMS reminder campaigns are managed when appointment reminders are temporarily disabled. Previously approved campaign information is now retained and automatically restored when reminders are re-enabled, eliminating the need to recreate and resubmit campaigns for approval. This enhancement reduces administrative effort, helps maintain continuity, and makes it easier to resume appointment reminders when needed. Billing We refreshed the Export Transactions page with a modern design and improved interface elements, making it easier to navigate and use. We updated the claims service enrollment table by expanding the table layout to display more information at a glance. We have also added a new Clearinghouse column, making it easier to view and manage configurations for organizations using multiple clearinghouses. We updated the claim scrub validation message shown during claim error checks to provide clearer, more generic guidance. Users will now see the message “Payer ID is invalid. Click here to fix it.”, making the error easier to understand regardless of the clearinghouse being used. Organization We improved account confirmation emails when signing up for a trial to make them clearer. Fixed layout issues when multiple banners appeared on the subscription page without spacing in certain scenarios. Now spacing follows design standards when several banners show on this page. Telehealth We updated appointment messaging for practices that do not subscribe to telehealth services but use telehealth-related scheduling functionality. We removed or refined messaging that was no longer relevant to provide a clearer experience and reduce confusion when viewing and managing appointments. [Back to Top]   Defect FixesSchedule We resolved an issue where editing recurring appointments more than 60 days in the future failed and timed out when updating the client field. You can now update those appointment details successfully. We resolved a display issue in the “Reschedule to” appointment modal where a field overlapped another element, making it difficult to read or interact with. The modal now displays correctly. We resolved an issue that could cause appointment notification emails to be sent to additional users associated with a client. Appointment-related emails are now delivered only to the intended recipients—the assigned Appointment Staff member and the client—helping reduce unnecessary notifications and ensuring communications are sent as expected. We improved and validated scheduling behavior for providers in Arizona time zones. These updates help ensure availability is interpreted correctly across daylight saving time changes, providing more consistent scheduling and validation for appointments created through partner integrations and APIs. Clients We restored the ability to insert line breaks in longer text fields within client additional details by pressing Enter. Billing We resolved an issue that caused the AED currency symbol to display incorrectly when printing ledger documents. The AED symbol now displays correctly instead of appearing as a blank box. We resolved an issue that could prevent a client ledger from loading when a prepayment was linked to an appointment that was later deleted. Prepayments associated with deleted appointments are now automatically converted to unapplied payments, ensuring client ledgers load correctly and payment records remain accurate. It is also no longer necessary to remove the prepay link when deleting the appointment. Organization We resolved an issue where selecting an individual or group telehealth plan was not retained when updating a plan in certain scenarios. Selected plans and pricing now remain aligned, ensuring the correct telehealth plan is retained. Reports We improved the performance of the Payment Report, reducing load times across a wide range of date ranges. Reports that previously took several minutes to generate now return results much faster, helping users access payment data more efficiently and improving the overall reporting experience. Release Notes: July 1, 2026

Jump to Section:New Features & Improvements Defect Fixes New Features & Improvements Cases & Notes A small change was made to the AI Session Assistant sparkle icon size and placement when selecting a progress note template from the multiple cases modal or adding a progress note from the agenda. It is now smaller and positioned to the right of the template text to align with our design standards. The treatment plan list page received a minor update to now redirect you when clicking the Sign action to go directly to the signature page instead of the details page, matching the desired workflow. Additionally, the client name dropdown was made read-only for individual cases. We also updated the Wiley subscription buttons to use title case to comply with our design standards.  [Back to Top]  Defect Fixes Schedule We corrected an issue where after creating a group appointment and tabbing out of a field, the Service Type field appeared disabled and was inaccessible by tabbing. You can now tab into the field and add service types as expected. We fixed an issue where all-day recurring events created more than 60 days in advance did not appear on the calendar. Now, such events display as expected. Organizations on the Essentials plan were seeing an availability conflict warning when scheduling recurring appointments, even though availability management is not part of that plan. This has been fixed, and recurring appointments can now be scheduled without triggering unnecessary conflict alerts. When an appointment reminder application was rejected, the contact email displayed in the support message was outdated. This has been updated to the correct Customer Support email address across all three platforms. Reports We corrected an issue preventing the demographic snapshot report from opening as a PDF download. Now, you can download and view the PDF export of this report as expected. Billing We fixed an issue in the Telehealth prepayment flow that could allow duplicate payments if the payment window was opened in multiple tabs and submitted quickly. In some cases, this resulted in more than one charge for single session, particularly when using the pre-session prepay prompt. Payments are now limited to one successful transaction per session, even if the multiple attempts occur at the same time. We updated payment handling for accounts with a disabled Vantage processor. Previously, payments could not be recorded if saved credit cards were still on file. Payments can now be successfully captured and recorded as credit/debit card transactions, even when the processor is disabled. [Back to Top]

Release Notes: June 2026

Power BI  The nightly maintenance PowerBI export process now strips special characters (CR/LF) from FormLab question headers in generated script and CSV files, resolving compatibility issues with Power BI visual integration.  Billing  Fixed an issue where autoposting incorrectly transferred claims when denials marked not to transfer were posted or when no denial code was present.  Generated 837 now includes required Condition Codes (D5-D9) when submitting Replacement or Void claims to Excellus and Universal payers. Codes are reported in the HI segment following diagnosis codes.  Fixed an issue where manually posting payments with multiple write-off codes would only apply one code when posting by Payer Group, requiring users to reapply payments manually.  Fixed an issue where same-day multiple therapy groups were incorrectly combined into a single insurance claim with multiple units instead of generating separate claims, affecting billing accuracy after version 2.52.  TenEleven now supports the new "OASAS Medicaid 2026" medication billing profile, available in the Profile Config dropdown.  TenEleven now supports the OASAS Medicaid 2026 medication billing profile. For Methadone, G2067 charges apply to first weekly visits; H0020 for subsequent visits. Take-home doses are billable with G2078 across multiple weeks, with proper unbundling of additional services.  TenEleven now supports the OASAS Medicaid 2026 medication billing profile. For Buprenorphine, added logic for G2068 weekly medication administration charges (only when in-clinic doses present) and G2079 for multi-week take-home doses, with proper unbundling of additional services.  FormLab  Improved error messaging when form exceeds maximum column limit. Users will now see a clearer, more user-friendly notification when their form surpasses the database column threshold, helping them understand the constraint and take corrective action.  General  Added "Can Open Support Ticket" checkbox on Administration > User screen. Admin and System Admin users can enable this setting to flag users permitted to open support tickets. The checkbox is read-only for other user types.  Fixed an issue preventing users from accessing the Users folder on their redirected tsclient drive when attaching documents to patient charts. Users can now successfully browse and select files from all locations within the Attach dialog.  The Restricted Provider entered in Patient Details is no longer overridden by the Referring Provider from the Rendering Provider's user record during claims billing. When a patient is a Restricted Recipient with a Restricted Provider entered, that provider is correctly reported on claims.  Nightly maintenance now includes automated nightly purging of older audit data.   Add a new Sigpad Diagnostics button to My Preferences. Users can now test their signature pad (Topaz Model T-LBK462-BSB-R) configuration through a convenient dialog box, ensuring proper device setup before use.  Updated how new users are added to eCR. Adding new users no longer requires a request to support and is performed overnight so that daytime system performance is not affected.  Medication  We made improvements to the data retrieval processes to speed up the Medication Inventory module, removing any issues with slowness and unresponsive windows.  The MAT Dispense report now includes invalid and missing CRIDs in the upload file, providing comprehensive visibility into data quality issues during the dispense process.  Fixed an issue where the auto-generate holds script failed to create holds for patients who missed 4 days (set threshold) of medication dispensing, requiring manual intervention to apply restart holds.  Visiquate  The ACT file incorrectly maps insurance policy numbers to API fields 51, 64, 77, and 90 instead of 50, 63, 76, and 89. This causes policy numbers to appear blank in Visiquate. Fixed by relocating CBI.MedID fields to correct policy number positions for primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary insurance plans.  Labs  Lab requisitions now display ethnicity data alongside existing patient demographics, enabling complete demographic capture for healthcare provider requirements. This enhancement supports accurate lab testing information collection while maintaining system compliance with data transmission standards.  Fixed an issue where selecting a result date in Lab Results Entry threw an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error.  Appointments  Fixed an issue where group appointment reminders were not being uploaded to Televox, causing appointments after February 16, 2026 to contain only individual entries instead of group entries.  Printing  Fixed an issue where the Preview button in forms would hang with a spinning circle or display an "Unable to find a Printer" error message instead of generating a preview.  Fixed an issue where non-credentialed provider IDs printed in the wrong field on UB04 paper claim forms. IDs were incorrectly appearing in the NPI field instead of the field right of the Qualifier field, causing claim denials.  CCBHC  CCBHC claims no longer require Q2 modifier. T1040 Daily Rate claims now process through My Billing without requiring the modifier, aligning with NY State requirements. Claims with or without the modifier are accepted.  Prescribing  eRX integration now includes schema validation to prevent transmission failures. XML is validated before sending, with improved field handling including text trimming, dropdown preferences over free text, and strict field length compliance for enhanced security and data quality.  Lighthouse  Fixed an issue where central registry files from NY clinics were not being processed due to a failure in the daily file transmission schedule.  Fixed an issue where the Lighthouse Dispensing report contained fewer records than expected. Records that should have appeared were not being included in the report output.  Forms  Fixed an issue where the DCF EVNT form threw an error during Pre-Edit and sign operations, and where the Search dropdown appeared empty until after user backspaced during initial entry.  Fixed an issue where selecting "Family Therapy PT Present" in the Psychotherapy/Signatures tab of a combined E&M + Psychotherapy note failed to activate the Psychotherapy Provided checkbox, preventing the note from being signed.  Fixed an issue where the signature pop-up did not appear when users attempted to sign the rendering signature box on forms. The system would redirect to the service tab without displaying an error message.  Fixed an issue where FormLab forms requiring multiple signatures locked after the first signature was added, preventing users from completing additional signatures on subsequent tabs before final form lock.
