New Features & Improvements

 

  • Activity Logs for Appointments 

    • Find out when an appointment was created, edited, or deleted and by who with the new activity logs feature for appointments! To look up this information, go to the Admin tab and click the new Activity Logs page. Learn More: Track Appointment Changes with Activity Logs

        
       

  • Allow special characters in patient documents

    • Many special characters, such as ð or ñ, can now be saved in the goal bank, goals, daily notes, and evaluations when they are pasted in or inserted with an alt-code.

 

 

Defect Fixes

 

  • Unfinalized filter includes finalized claims

    • The “Unfinalized Claims” filter on a remit will now correctly exclude claims that have been finalized to the next claim instance but not to the patient’s billing account.

  • Find Openings shows available for partially-canceled appointments

    • When an appointment with multiple patients has one or more patients marked as canceled or no-show and at least one patient marked as scheduled or checked-in, Find Openings will now correctly exclude that time slot.

  • Password sometimes expires sooner than required
    • Resolved an issue that sometimes caused a password to expire sooner than it was required to be.
  • Adjudication spelled wrong in reversal workflow
    • Corrected the spelling of the word “adjudication” in a confirmation message that appeared when reversing an adjudication.
  • Invite Patient Contacts to Portal Too Wide

    • The “Invite Patient Contacts to Portal” screen now wraps text if an email or name is very long without any spaces or punctuation so the whole table fits in the screen.
