Defect Fixes Kiosk Session Logout Cycle The kiosk now maintains its session reliably throughout the clinic day. Previously, clinics could be unexpectedly logged out of the kiosk. With this fix, the kiosk session remains active during business hours. New Payers Report Not Reflecting Adjustments When PR is Null The Payers Report now correctly calculates and displays all finalized adjustments, even when a claim’s PR (Patient Responsibility) amount is null. Previously, if any PR value was null, the report excluded all related adjustments from the Finalized Adjustments field. AI Session Assistant Manage Users Typo Corrected a typo in the Manage Users section of the AI Session Assistant addon. Invoice Rules do not Consider Conditions with Subgroups We have removed the subgroup option when creating an Invoice Rule. All remaining Invoice Rule conditions continue to work as expected. Previously, the rule builder included an option for creating conditions with subgroups—however, these subgroup conditions were not actually used when invoices were generated, which could lead to confusion. Exports Cannot be Accessed Export downloads now start correctly after a valid access code is entered. Previously, clicking Download Export caused the screen to briefly flash and no download occurred. Cash Only/No Eligibility This has been removed, as it was causing frequent confusion, resulting in disabling the eligibility and drug history services. If your practice is truly cash only, please contact your EHR to have the Eligibility checks disabled. Exostar Exostar push notifications are now handled asynchronously, which should lead to improved performance. Report Bug When reporting a bug using the Report Bug feature found under the primary dropdown, the sender is now cc'd on the message. Midlevel Assignment Corrected an issue that could associate an inactive midlevel prescriber to an Rx when no midlevel was selected, and the nurse had previously worked on behalf of the midlevel. Scheduling Fix A defect was fixed to allow for the scheduling of a recurring event that includes multiple days. Bundled Charges Fix An error was discovered in version 3.72 where some bundled charges displayed as “No Charge” when charges had been created. This has been fixed.  Medications Fix On the Medications screen, the Signature label was changed to “Sig” — as that field displays instructions, not a signature. Defect Fixes First name missing from Teletherapy Scheduled email Teletherapy Scheduled emails now correctly include the contact’s first name in the greeting. Previously, the greeting omitted the name and displayed “Hi,”. The email now displays “Hi firstname,” using the patient’s first name or nickname when available when the contact is set to Self. Field descriptions not updated in new Insights for Insurance History Field descriptions in the new Insights reports are now correctly updated for Insurance History. Previously, the report field list displayed outdated descriptions. Recorded Account Payments Showing Reference and Method with Same Value Receipts generated from account payments in the system now display the correct payment method. Previously, the receipt showed the value entered in the Reference field as the payment method. Payment Method Not Reflected for Checkout Account Payments ​​​​​​​Payment methods are now correctly reflected when collecting account payments via checkout on the schedule. Previously, the payment method was either not shown for account payments or incorrectly displayed the copayment method when both a copayment and an account payment were collected. Quick Discharge Does Not Delete All Future Appointments ​​​​​​​Quick Discharge now removes all future visits for each selected case, even when a client has multiple cases with different services.  New Features & ImprovementsAI Session Assistant Fusion is introducing AI Session Assistant; a strategic add-on designed to close the AI capability gap and enhance clinician workflows. This feature enables clinicians to record sessions or dictate notes, which are then converted into structured clinical documentation, such as daily notes and evaluations, directly within Fusion. Admins and Org Admins now have this permission by default, and Therapists retain it only if it was previously assigned. This update resolves issues where admins could not create or modify forms and gives teams more flexibility in managing form access. Clients     Corrected an issue in the new Client details experience, where the “Other” fields did not allow additional information to be entered for the following sections: Gender Identity, Sexual Orientation, Race, Religion, and Preferred Language. Now, selecting “Other” displays a text field to enter additional information. Cases & Notes     Clicking Add Progress Note from the Missing Progress Notes report now opens a case selection window as expected when a client has multiple cases. You will see this new name reflected across the platform, including in subscription settings, alerts, and welcome emails. As part of this change, the progress note template used for documenting recorded sessions has also been renamed to “AI Session Summary”.
