New Features & Improvements
- Schedule
- Viewing a client’s recurring appointments from the agenda and a client’s appointment history page has been increased from 60 days in the future to 1 year in the future, so more of these appointments will be viewable and editable from these pages.
- Improvements were made on the authorization messaging within the calendar modal to always show the current appointment’s units or sessions factored into the calculation, as this was not always factored in for some scheduling scenarios. Now, this messaging will be more consistent for each type of scheduling scenario.
- Reports
- Improvements were made to the Authorization Report by Sessions and Authorization Report by Units to show authorization calculations for the entire span of the authorization, therefore increasing the previous restriction set to only calculate up to 60 days in the future.
- The billing provider has been added to the Payroll by Rendering Provider report.
- Profile & Settings
- We’ve updated the calendar sync instructions to remove the reference to Outlook, as it is not currently supported.
Defect Fixes
- Schedule
- Corrected an issue where when edits were made to the end time of a series that was more than 60 days in the future, those edits were not applied. Now the end time of the series will be updated as expected.
- A screen reader will now be able to read the navigation menus in the schedule views and the fields in the new appointment and appointment cancellation windows.
- An issue has been corrected where the appointment status had to be updated twice if the appointment was created in the past and then updated to a canceled status.
- Clients
- We've updated how archived clients are stored in the backend, which caused some groups to be hidden if the group contained an archived client
- Cases & Notes
- When copying a progress note from the last session on the Agenda, the session time will no longer be copied from the last progress note. It will now reflect the appointment time.
- Corrected an issue where the service date was occasionally displayed as the next day in the progress notes list when creating a progress note that was not linked to an appointment.
- Screen readers can now read all fields when adding or editing a client’s diagnosis codes.
- Corrected an issue where if the case name exceeded 50 characters, you couldn't add, edit, and sign progress notes, assessments, addendums, and contact logs or assign staff to the case.
- Progress notes will copy from the previous session as expected if the previous progress note had a duration of 0 minutes.
- Billing
- Fixed an issue where an error message appeared, and the Claims Awaiting Submission tab failed to load if an invoice line item was deleted after a claim had been submitted.
- Resolved an issue where diagnosis codes wouldn't load correctly for claims if the appointment was not linked to the progress note and the invoice's rendering provider wasn't assigned to the case.
- Dynamic Forms
- A line break has been added to the titles of paragraph form elements when viewing the PDF of an intake form. Previously, long titles aligned to the left would push client responses to the far right margin, making them harder to read.
- Reports
- Corrected an issue on the Beta Detailed Attendance report where the total hours were counted individually instead of only once for group appointments that occurred at the same time. This has been fixed, so the hours from the group appointment will only be counted once.
- Corrected an issue where organizations with larger amounts of data were experiencing longer run times or timeout of the Audit Notes Report.
- Client Portal
- The general Client Portal login page has been restored. This page allows clients to access their Client Portal account if they’ve forgotten your organization’s specific Client Portal login page.
