Resolved an issue that caused charts in the Legacy Insights Dashboard to shrink and disappear after initial loading. Charts will now maintain their proper dimensions and remain visible as expected.

Claims able to be finalized without adjudication amounts

Resolved an issue that allowed claims to be finalized if no adjudication amounts were filled in. Claims will now properly require complete adjudication information before finalization.

{patient} replacement only works once per goal

Resolved an issue that prevented multiple instances of the {patient} placeholder from being replaced by the patient’s name in goals. All occurrences of the {patient} placeholder will now properly populate with the patient's name.
