Introducing a more intuitive scheduling experience: The Schedule page has been refreshed with a modern layout, enabling you to seamlessly access multiple schedule views, quickly filter the data in each view, and efficiently schedule Individual, Group, and Non-Client appointments. When rescheduling or canceling appointments, you can collect additional data to provide insights into scheduling trends within your organization. The new Organization Cancelation Policy feature empowers you to enforce your organizations appointment cancelation policies and collect revenue from Clients for canceled and no-show appointments.See Organization Cancellation Policies - Overview for more information.  NOTE: This feature is being rolled out in phases. All organizations will have this feature available in the upcoming months.  Clients We’ve updated the look and feel of the Client Lists! This update improves the usability and efficiency of the All Clients, My Clients, Prospective Clients, and Groups lists, allowing easier navigation and creation of new clients and groups.   Cases & Notes We introduce a new organization setting allowing the duration field to populate into progress notes based on the time spent in the telehealth session.   Billing We’re excited to introduce a new automation feature that allows billers to automatically archive unmatched ERAs for their practice. With this feature, organizations can choose a specific day to have ERAs archived, which is particularly beneficial for customers managing billing across multiple accounts. Introducing the ability to document a $0 payment on the Manual Insurance payment page. Billers now have the ability to document a $0 payment and mark the claim as denied via a denial toggle. Corrected an issue where a deleted appointment associated with an appointment series, would remain deleted even if it was reinstated. Corrected an issue in which the agenda PDF would display the time zone associated with the Organization rather than the time zone for the staff member. Corrected an issue where modifications to a rescheduled availability block could not be saved. Corrected an issue where an extra availability block was created when rescheduling a single occurrence of a repeating availability block. Resolved an issue where users were unable to edit a repeating availability block after changing the time slot.   Clients Addressed an issue within the group appointments in which the attendees list would appear empty when documenting the attendance from the agenda view. Corrected an issue that would remove a group from a client's group page when all members are archived with the exception of one client. Corrected an issue where some area codes for phone numbers would show phone number is invalid.   Ensora Data Collection Corrected an issue where if the Ensora Data Collection time on a SOAP Note was different by one minute from the system appointment it was attached to, the time was not updated to the Ensora Data Collection time when using the Use Ensora Data Collection SOAP Note Times for Appointment Matching†setting. This has been fixed so that the Ensora Data Collection time will update as expected on the system appointment.   Billing Corrected an issue where archived service types were not displaying as archived within the invoice page. Addressed an issue with the Service facility being sent on claims even when it was previously removed.   Dynamic Forms Corrected an issue where data on a dynamic form was not saved when using the "Copy from last form".   Reports Addressed an issue in which certain fields were not populating on the "Closed Cases Report" when the client was archived.   Profile & Settings Corrected an issue within the Settings page where the page would refresh without saving when the user would press enter.   Payment Processing Corrected an issue in which the image was missing on the "Receipt for your payment" email. Implement new Customer Ideas Portal We’ve added a new ideas portal that allows customers to submit feature requests, including better tracking and management capabilities.  AppNew SOAP Note Addendums feature is coming soon!  Look out for more information on our new SOAP Note Addendums feature. This feature will allow users to add addendums to SOAP Notes rather than editing the entire note.     Defect FixesPortalGraph for Frequency targets and behaviors shows an error message in specific circumstances  We resolved an issue where Frequency target and behavior graphs showed an error when comparing two graphs that were collected by two different users after clicking on the Split Data By Therapist option Unable to Fetch Trial Data  Some users were reporting an issue where the Fetch Trial Data button remained greyed out and never completed downloading. We’ve made performance improvements and this issue is now resolved. Manually Closed Targets Appear in the "In Treatment" Graphing Folder in Analysis & Reporting > Graphing Manually closed targets will no longer appear in the In Treatment graphing folder. Graphs Do Not Load When Trying to View Them in Trial Sheet A configuration change resolved an issue where trial sheet graphs were not loading.   AppApp sometimes returns a list of zero available students on the Manage Students screen  This issue has been resolved. Available students will load as expected. Resolved two crashes reported in our crash analytics

ClinicalClient Ethnicity - New Option Within the Client card, the "Unknown" option has been added for the Ethnicity field. Reporting2200 Report - Edits to Report Filters  Edits were made to filters of the 2200 Report to increase accuracy. Filters were added for Location and Program. The requirement to select a Client Group when a location/program is selected has been removed.  SystemHelp Menu - Suggest Enhancement Option When a user selects the Suggest Enhancement option from the Help menu in the application, it will direct to the Aha! Idea Portal.     Password Reset Link From the application log in screen, when a user clicks the link next to "Forgot your password?", it will navigate to the Knowledge Base in Salesforce.   [Back to Top]  Defect FixesBilling & PaymentsTime Entry Settings Fix In Settings > Setup in the Time Entry section, if option Allow/do not allow units for no-shows is set to "Do not allow", when the user navigates to the Time module and sets the service status to "No Show", the units field will change to "0". 1300 Report - Appointment Billing Status Fix Any appointments without service lines should appear on the 1300 Report.  Data for ERAs The Data column for ERAs with the same file name will contain the same data regardless of owner.  Insurance Billing Code 1003 Lodging  Users were previously unable to add Revenue code 1003 to an authorization subtab without receiving an error. This has been resolved.  ClinicalPayers Sorting Fix When clicking the Payers header in the Eligibility module, the Payers are now sorted alphabetically based on the primary payer first and then the secondary payer.  Dashboard Permissions Fix Permissions have been updated so that only users with the "Add, change delete organization-wide dashboards" permission, are able to add organization-wide dashboards that are visible by all users. Users without access are only allowed to add private dashboards that are visible to themselves.  Change Client Tabs Navigation Issue An issue was fixed that will allow a user to navigate through Change Client tabs without error.  [Back to Top]

If you've submitted feedback before, click "Forgot password" to reset your access for the new portal. All previous requests have been transferred over.    Defect FixesSchedule Corrected an issue where Users could not scroll the entire length Calendar Month view when a high volume of appointments have been scheduled.   Cases & Notes Corrected an issue when the place of service was saved on the progress note to something other than the Organization default place of service, it would sometimes not update on the note. This has been fixed so that if the place of service is changed on the progress note then it will be updated accordingly.   Billing Corrected an issue where the Ledger tab was not loading for some clients. Now you should be able to navigate to the client’s ledger and view them as normal. Corrected an issue where some superbills were displaying the billing fields (i.e. NPI, Tax ID, license#) from the Organization Profile instead of the Location-specific Group Settings when this setting was checked. Now if this setting is checked it will show the Location specific group settings on the superbill accordingly.

NOTE: These changes go into effect during the evening on the date specified in the article title (ie Wednesday night); most users will see these items the following day (ie Thursday morning).  New Features & ImprovementsChange Rx Enhancements A user may now reassign a Pharmacy Change message to another doctor. Tasks Page Filters The Location, Prescriber, and Drug Schedule filters now update the page dynamically without requiring the Filter button. A Reset button has been added to clear the existing filters. Drug Search Display The Drug Search options are now displayed under the drug search field. The Drug Search field now displays "drug name" for clarity. Replace Behavior Selecting the Replace option from an Active Medication will return the user to the top of the page to see the results of the Replace lookup. EPCS 2FA Signing Users are now shown only the 2FA signing tools associated with their account, e.g. Hardware Token and/or Authy App. Favorites Display Improvements The Copy Doctor's Favorites tool is now minimized by default to more prominently display the Doctor's Favorites lists.   Defect FixesTasks Page Alerts The display of the alerts for pending Renewal and Change requests now properly clear if there are no renewals or change messages to be displayed. Pending Prescription Save Corrected a bug that could prevent saving a prescription without a pharmacy selected. EPCS Prescribing Log Corrected a performance issue that could prevent the Prescribing Log from properly displaying. Drug Search Empty Corrected a bug that could disable the drug search button if the field was not populated.

Release Notes highlight our latest features, improvements, and fixes! Always remember to download/update to the latest version to experience any previous improvements and features. NOTE:  There may be times when Version numbers seen here are skipped. Any changes or additions in skipped versions are included in the next public release. REMINDER: To schedule an update to the latest version, please contact Support to submit a request.   Version 3.62 New Features & Improvements Ability to Remove ClaimsUsers will now have the ability to open jobs within Fiscal Overview > Unbilled Charges, that are in Preview status. Claims can be selected for deletion from the job so they are not included in the Claim files. See Unbilled Charges for more information. Client Profile - New Education/Vocation Tab  A new Education/Vocation tab has been added in Clients > [Client]. Education/Vocation fields that had been on the Profile tab have been moved to this new tab, along with new related fields. See Education/Vocation Tab for more information. Remittances > Batches - Totals The Remittances > Batches screen now includes totals for Total Payments, Total Adjustments, Unposted Payments, and Non-Matching Payments to assist users in balancing checks when receiving payments. Mark Remittances from Not Ready to Done Users can now mark Remittances from Not Ready to Done without posting them. See View a Batch for more information. Updates to Reports The Staff Time Events Report, Clients Missing Payer Report, Admissions by Date Range Report, Clients by Enrollments Report, and Unapplied Payments Report no longer run automatically. The 835 Claim ID has been added to the Remittances Report. Update to NewCrop Medication Card The strength units of a prescription will now show in the Medications card within the Timeline.New Service Definition Category field in Service Definitions A new Service Definition Category field has been added in Configuration - Services/Payers > Service Definitions > Profile. Users can utilize this field to identify the type of service definition selected to be used for reporting if needed. A new Service Definition Categories defined list has been added within Configuration - Setup > Defined Lists to populate the new field.   Defect Fixes Refunded Client Payments Display Refunded Client Payments no longer display on the Apply Payments screen. Forms via Informs for Confidential Clients When a form is shared by email using Informs for a Confidential Client, the recipient will now see the Client name in the email body. Edit a Group Event  When users edit a group event, any field values that were changed will now remain after a conflict has been removed.   Hotfix - Version 3.62 Defect Fixes Service Creation from Event Issue An issue was corrected where Events were unable to be converted to a Service. 837P Files - Reporting Loop 2000B SBR data Issue An issue was corrected where Other Payers without a charge were being reported on the 837 file without adjudication information. Release Notes highlight our latest features, improvements & fixes!  Always remember to download/update to the latest version to experience any previous improvements and features.  New Features & Improvements Organization To bill non-traditional service locations, two new Place of Service codes Temporary Lodging (16) and Outreach Site/Street (27) are added to the system for ensuring proper payment from insurance providers. ScheduleFor organizations with the new Scheduling Optimization feature turned on:The Schedule Page date, view, and filter controls will now remain available for interaction when scrolling down the page on any Schedule Calendar or Agenda view.The appointment cancellation information is now visible when editing an appointment.Case & Notes Wiley content has been updated to ensure the latest clinical information is up to date with the verbiage and clinical interventions.Billing An informational hover text was added to the “Manually Upload Files†button on the ERA received tab to give you more information on how to use this feature.The original reference number will automatically populate within the “Resubmission Details†dialog when resubmitting a claim.   Defect Fixes  Schedule Corrected an issue where all staff members that were part of a multi staff appointment were getting notified that their appointment had been deleted when it was only deleted for one or certain staff members. This has been fixed so that only the appointments that were deleted for those particular staff members will receive the appropriate notifications that they have been deleted.Corrected an issue where the Schedule page Clients filter was not updated to include any new Clients created from the All Clients or My Clients pages.Corrected an issue where deleting a recurring Availability block would re-appear on calendar view on page refresh. This has been fixed where deleted Availability block will not appear on the calendar view.Clients Corrected an issue where certain Clients could not be archived or unarchived from the All Clients or My Clients pages.Billing Corrected an issue where printed invoices and superbills did not display the Amount Paid, Amount Due, and Total column in alignment.The Client Ledger Fully Paid Date column can now be sorted in ascending or descending order.Organization Corrected an issue where the Service Type Name field allowed spaces to be entered as the only characters in the field. This has been fixed so that the unnecessary error message will no longer show.Corrected an issue where sometimes the most recent prescriptions were not being displayed under the prescription tab due to an integration error with NewCrop. This has now been fixed so that updated prescriptions will show correctly on this tab.
