New Features & Improvements 

• Schedule
  • For organizations on our new scheduling experience, the day of the week is now visible in the header of the schedule views and the Today button has been relocated to decrease confusion with its prior proximity to the date. 

Defect Fixes

•  Schedule
  • We’ve corrected an issue where changing a recurring appointment from weekly to daily during the creation process caused an error that disabled the save button. Now, the appointment will save as expected when you make this change. 
  • An appointment that recurs every workday and ends after 5 occurrences will only create 5 appointments. Previously, 6 appointments were being created.
  • Corrected an issue where clicking on the top edge of an appointment block after switching focus from another program caused the appointment’s start and end times to shift unexpectedly. Appointments now retain their correct times when interacted with after returning to the calendar.
  • Corrected an issue with new availability blocks requiring page refresh to appearing on the staff calendar view. This has been fixed where availability blocks appear on staff calendar view instantly and does not require page refresh.
  • Corrected an issues with incorrect Availability slots displayed on Staff calendar view. Previously, additional availability slots use to appear on staff calendar view for recurring Availability blocks.
     
• Clients
  • Corrected an issue where a client’s age wasn’t displayed in the left-navigation menu if your organization has their date preference set as dd/mm/yyyy. 
  • Corrected an issue where sometimes a group wasn’t visible from the Groups page if all but one of the clients were archived.
  • Corrected an issue where an error occurred when saving Prospective Client without selecting Assigned Staff.
     
• Cases & Notes
  • The responses in a multi-select form element will now display correctly if accessing an unsaved draft. Previously, the responses were displayed as “object Object”.
  • Corrected an issue where an error occurred when signing Progress Notes that did not contain the Diagnostic Impressions element within the dynamic progress note form template and the Org setting for 'Require diagnostic codes on progress notes' was enabled.
     
• Billing
  • Modifiers will now display next to the service type name when viewing a line item on an invoice. 
  • Corrected an issue where some ERA payments that were matched in the system were mistakenly archived if your organization had enabled the billing automation setting to archive all unmatched ERA claims. Matched payments will now remain unarchived as expected.
     
• Reports
  • Corrected an issue where sometimes the supervision report was not displaying the accurate amount of hours supervised for some organizations when a direct appointment was rescheduled. This has been corrected for organizations as a whole. 
     
• System-Wide
  • Your recently viewed clients will now be visible from the client search field in the header. Previously, they weren’t always displayed when clicking into the field. 
  • Corrected an issue where a white loading screen appeared after login if you accessed WebABA from an iOS device.
     
• Client Portal
  • The wording has been updated in the confirmation modal when declining an appointment requested through the Client Portal. Clients are notified of the decline reason in the email they receive when a requested appointment is declined. 
     
• Telehealth
  • Activity log entries for Telehealth start and end times can now be filtered by staff member. 
     
• Payment Processing
  • Corrected an issue where batch payments processed through Vantage that were declined were appearing as successful in the payment history.
