New Features & Improvements
- Clients
- For security reasons, web links in PDFs viewed from the Contact Log are now displayed as plain text and can no longer be clicked.
- We’ve updated the error message that shows when an unsupported file type is uploaded to a client’s General Documents or Clinical Documents. Instead of listing unsupported file types, you’ll now see a clear, general message letting you know the file type isn’t supported, with a link to our knowledge base.
- Staff
- We’ve updated the error message that shows when an unsupported file type is uploaded to a staff member’s Documents. Instead of listing unsupported file types, you’ll now see a clear, general message letting you know the file type isn’t supported, with a link to our knowledge base.
- When assigning Staff permissions, Administrator and Organization Administrator permissions can now be granted independently of Therapist permissions.
- Organization
- Two telehealth specific settings on the Organization Profile page as well as the Telehealth waiting room header and message settings on the Telehealth Subscription page were moved to a dedicated tab under Organization Settings called “Telehealth Settings.” These four telehealth specific settings can now be managed here.
Defect Fixes
- Billing
- Corrected an issue that prevented adjustments from being correctly marked as paid or unpaid when adding or editing an adjustment from the client’s ledger. You can now update the status as expected, and your selection will save properly.
