New Features & Improvements
- Cases & Notes
-
You can now create progress notes for appointments that span overnight. We’ve added two new fields—Service Start Date and Service End Date—to capture multi-day services.
Support for scheduling appointments that span multiple days is coming soon!
-
We’ve introduced the AI Note Enhancement feature to streamline and elevate your progress note writing. As you draft your notes, you’ll now see an “Improve with AI” button. Clicking it will generate a refined version of your note, giving you the option to review and choose whether to replace your original text.
- Corrected an issue where switching between drafted progress notes did not update the displayed template accordingly. The note editor now correctly reflects the associated template when selecting a different draft version.
-
- Billing
- You can now update service modifiers directly from the invoice instead of only at the service type level. This can be done before claims submission and when a claim has been rejected, denied, or paid/processed.
Learn More: Add and Edit Modifiers on Invoices - A new Place of Service filter has been added to the Batch Invoicing page so that appointments can be filtered by this property to aid with creating invoices in bulk.

Defect Fixes
- Schedule
- We’ve resolved an issue where changes to an appointment’s status wasn’t immediately reflected on the Agenda. This occurred when an appointment was canceled from the calendar, edited to a full-day appointment on a new date, and then marked as "upcoming" from the Agenda. Previously, the status wouldn’t update unless the page was refreshed—now, it updates immediately as expected.
- We’ve updated the wording in the double-booking error message for individual staff appointments. It now correctly reads “doesn’t allow double booking” instead of “don’t”.
- Corrected an issue where an error was displayed in the console sometimes when creating a new appointment by double clicking on a time slot within the calendar. This has been fixed so that no error will be displayed.
- Corrected an issue where you were able to double book an appointment within the same room if it was scheduled more than 60 days in the future. This has been fixed so that the appointment can not be saved if there is already an appointment booked in the same room at the same time.
- Cases & Notes
- Corrected an issue where switching progress note templates with required fields could cause entered information to be lost if those required fields weren’t filled out before saving, or had invalid data.
- Billing
- We’ve restored the confirmation message that appears when adding claims to Awaiting Submission from batch invoicing.
- Reports
- Resolved an issue where negative currency values in exported CSV reports were incorrectly prefixed with a leading apostrophe.
- A broken icon image was fixed next to the Advanced Reporting section under the Reports tab so that the correct icon will now be displayed.
