Version 2.51

Defect Fixes & Improvements

Billing (PROS (Personalized Recovery Oriented Services))

  • MyBilling - Non-Billable Tier Zero Procedures Display
    • We added functionality to display non-billable tier zero procedures in the Procedure column in MyBilling for PROS. Previously, these procedures were not shown. Now, all tiers are displayed if one is met.
  • CRS Base Rate for Add-on Procedures
    • We introduced CRS base rate into add-on procedures for PROS. The updated conditions are as follows: ORS greater or equal to 4, IR greater or equal to 1 with CRS base rate, and CTMD/CTMR billing based on CRS status. The "units of any kind condition" was removed.

NOTE: There is a strict process to follow when voiding add-ons and base rate charges. First, void the add-on, then void the base rate charge. If this is done, the visit gets voided and the attached progress notes are marked as not billed anymore. Voiding will not work properly if the base rate charge is voided first.

Clinical

  • Diagnosis Code set as Primary
    • An issue was fixed where diagnosis code F43.8 could be set as primary despite being marked "Can't Be Primary in All Programs".

eRx

  • Medication/Pharmacy Data Fix
    • The application was updated to send medication and pharmacy data to eRx only once per patient, the first time their information is sent to eRx. This applies to DrFirst and new users with pre-existing prescriptions. This was completed to enhance data accuracy and prevent redundant entries.

Forms

  • MH047 OMPH Assessment Form Fix
    • We fixed an unhandled exception error when loading the MH047 OPMH Assessment form in the Patient Portal. The issue was caused by an invalid object cast. Users can now open the form without encountering errors.
  • PAS Forms - Remove Date from General Clinic Option
    • In Setup > Clinic Options > 2nd Forms tab > PAS Forms section, we removed the hardcoded date "2023" from the PAS Forms option in Clinic Options. Previously, the option text reflected a specific date, causing confusion. Now, the option text does not include any date, ensuring clarity and accuracy in form selection.
  • CRIP3 PROS Initial Recovery Plan Review V2 Form
    • We fixed an issue in the CRIP3 PROS Initial Recovery Plan Review V2 form where the Goal field remained editable on a signed and locked form. Now all fields are non-editable when the form is locked, preventing unauthorized changes.
  • SA010 ACE Questionnaire Issue
    • An issue was fixed where the ACE Questionnaire form reverted answers to zero upon signing. We implemented logic to clear all yes/no controls for new records or versions, ensuring accurate data retention.
  • PAS 26N Form Issue
    • We fixed an issue where the PAS 26N form did not accept birth initials "NE" during signing. The logic has been updated to ensure correct initials are accepted.
  • Group Note - Default Goal
    • An issue was resolved where default goal did not populate in Group Note for "MD Day Treatment" visit type. The issue was replicated by opening Group Note and observing default goal from incorrect visit type. The logic was updated to ensure correct assignment.
  • BH044_44_IPE Form Issue
    • An issue was fixed where the BH044_44_IPE form would fail to retain data upon save and reopen.

FormLab

  • Timeout Issue
    • We fixed a timeout issue that was preventing FormLab forms from opening for specific migrated users. Non-FormLab forms were unaffected. Users can now open all FormLab forms without experiencing timeouts.
  • IBHS Resiliency Plan Printing Issue
    • The IBHS Resiliency Plan (FL_IBHSRP1) previously would fail to print fur to an object reference error. The logic has been updated to ensure successful print preview and printing.
  • Biopsychosocial Assessment
    • We resolved an issue that prevented the new Biopsychosocial Assessment form in FormLab from printing due to a table-related error. New assessments can now be printed successfully without any issues.
  • FormLab Progress Notes
    • We fixed an issue where users were unable to append notes to progress notes after they were locked. Users can now successfully do so.

General

  • UserVoice replaced with FormAssembly
    • When users who are expected to complete NPS data log into the application for the first time, they will see a questionnaire containing the NPS question. This change is due to a switch in our data collection provider.
  • eCR User Manual Option
    • The eCR User Manual option was removed from the Help menu because the manual no longer exists. Previously, selecting Help > User Manual resulted in an error message stating "The eCR User Manual could not be located".
  • Update to Label in Clinic Options
    • We updated the field label under Setup > Clinic Options from "Disable eCR University" to "Disable Knowledge Base" to better reflect its current functionality.

HIE (Health Information Exchange)

  • Added Option to only send Consents
    • In Setup > Clinic Options > 3rd Admin tab, under "Enable HIE", a new option was added to "only send consents", which excludes CCDA messages. Users with this option will queue only consents, not CCDAs. VisualBedBoard and MyBilling were updated to ensure accurate queueing of PIX or PNR messages when "only send consents" is enabled.

  • Additional Forms to Export File
    • The following forms have been added to the Power BI export file: BH024 Discharge SummaryC-SSRS ChildrenC-SSRS Lifetime Recent ClinicalMH050 PSC17PHQ-9PAS 44N Client Admission Report 2022PAS 61N Client Assessment Report 2022PAS 45N Client Discharge Report 2017 v2TGI GAD-7TGI Lab Review Form v2, and TGI Michigan Alcohol Screening Test.

Reporting

  • DEA Summary Report
    • We resolved a discrepancy in the Med Disp DEA Summary with Reconciles report, where the end of month on-hand amount for Buprenorphine Tablet was 120mg higher than report in the Medication Inventory report. Adjustments were made to ensure accurate alignment of medication quantities across both reports.
    • We fixed an issue in the DEA Summary Report where Suboxone films were incorrectly listed as methadone and the amount on hand was not displayed when zero. The reporting logic was updated to ensure accurate medication classification and proper display of zero quantities for regulatory compliance.
  • Total AR Aged by First Bill Date by Payer Details
    • We added a Program column to the Total AR Aged by First Bill Date by Payer Details report. This column appears between the Claim # and and DOS columns, displaying the program for each claim.
  • Medication Dispensing - Weekly Schedule Report
    • Location and Program columns were added to the Patient Name/DOB section of the Medication Dispensing Weekly Report. These columns provide detailed breakdowns by location and program, enhancing report usability for Methadone clients.

    • We added a new Date of Resolution column to the DX grid on the Diagnosis tab under Patient Details. This column is located between the Date Modified and Resolved columns to provide clearer tracking diagnosis resolution timelines.
  • Patient Details - Additional Demographics Info Cont. Tab > Image Results
