Catalyst integrates with multiple Therapy Brands PMS platforms. The integration allows you to use Catalyst to collect data and write SOAP Notes and then pull those SOAP Notes into WebABA (Enterprise, Professional, or Group) to process and bill the Appointments. Some WebABAs have additional reporting that can be pulled from Catalyst.

Basic Catalyst to WebABA PMS Integration
What does the basic integration do?
- Allows you to Create Users in Catalyst (from WebABA)
- Allows you to Create Students/Clients in Catalyst (from WebABA)
- Automatically pushes published SOAP Notes from Catalyst to WebABA Enterprise every 30 minutes and to WebABA Professional or Group every 10 minutes
What are the rules or criteria that allow information to be pushed (or synced) between platforms?
- For SOAP Notes to be pushed into WebABA, must meet the following criteria:
- SOAP Note must be Published in Catalyst
- SOAP Note must have the same Date as the Appointment in WebABA
- SOAP Note must have the Time set within *5 minutes of the appointment in WebABA
- The Therapist/User must have the same first and last name in both systems
- The Student/Client must have the same first and last name in both systems
- The Student/Client must have the same DOB in both systems
- The Student Site/Agency Name must be the same in both systems
 NOTE: The 5-minute appointment grace period for automapping SOAP Notes can be adjusted by request.

- For Agency, Site, User, Client/Student, etc.
- The information must match exactly
- The Agency, Site, User, Client/Student, etc. cannot already be linked/mapped (e.g. you cannot link 1 student in Catalyst to 2 separate clients in WebABA)
