Data Migration Services

Our implementation team will help you download your client contact data from your existing system, format it, and load it into the system. Our team will then guide you on recommended workflows. Click here to schedule a call with our Implementation Team.

 

Transition from Another EHR 

If you are moving from another EHR, here is what to expect during your transition. 

We offer several options to help you import the following information into your new account:

  • Client lists with demographic information
  • Staff lists with demographic information

Some data cannot be migrated due to structural differences between EHR systems. For this reason, we recommend securely storing records outside of the system for long‑term access. The following information cannot be imported by the team:

  • Billing data
  • Clinical notes

For a more hands-on experience, you can purchase the Quickstart+ package for an additional fee. Implementation Training Packages

We offer several paid packages, which include one-on-one training with our Implementation team to help you become a successful user. Any package can be expanded to a two-session engagement, which includes reviewing your set-up, troubleshooting, and addressing any errors. Please reach out to our Support team to request specific information about these services.

 

Package 1: Organization Setup

This one-hour training session with our Implementation team will cover setting up your application, customizing your organization, and adding staff.

This one-hour training session with our Implementation team will cover setting up your application to properly bill insurance and enrolling with Ensora Clearinghouse.

Package 3: Insurance Billing Workflow

This one-hour training session with our Implementation team will cover an overview of the claims process, creating an invoice, submitting a claim, and reconciling the ledger.

NOTE: You must be enrolled in Ensora Clearinghouse, and the system must be set up for insurance before engaging in this service. See Prepare for Ensora Clearinghouse Enrollment for more information. This training session is a systems-based training. Advice on billing scenarios will not be provided.
