Transition from Another EHR
If you are moving from another EHR, here is what to expect during your transition.
We offer several options to help you import the following information into your new account:
- Client lists with demographic information
- Staff lists with demographic information
Some data cannot be migrated due to structural differences between EHR systems. For this reason, we recommend securely storing records outside of the system for long‑term access. The following information cannot be imported by the team:
- Billing data
- Clinical notes

Any package can be expanded to a two-session engagement, which includes reviewing your set-up, troubleshooting, and addressing any errors. This one-hour training session with our Implementation team will cover setting up your application, customizing your organization, and adding staff.
