Step 1: Log in to the Experience Hub
Before you can reply to a post, you’ll need to be logged in.

To access the Hub, navigate to the website URL. You can find it in your welcome email OR simply type in https://experience.ensorahealth.com/

In the upper right-hand corner of the home page, click the Login button. Then click the large button that says Login with your Support Hub Account.

Step 2: Find a Thread
Browse or search to locate the post that matches your question, interest, or expertise.
You can find threads by:

Browsing product specific discussions

Using the global search bar to look for keywords, tags, or topics

Exploring the Trending discussions at the bottom of the community homepage

Scrolling unanswered questions in the Help Others tab on the community homepage
Step 3: Open the Thread and Add Your Reply
Add your voice to the conversation.

Click the title of any question or discussion to open the full thread. Scroll down to the Reply box.

Click Send to publish your message. Your reply will appear in the thread immediately and notify relevant users.
