Subscribing to threads or categories in the Ensora Health Experience Hub ensures you never miss important updates. You’ll receive notifications when new replies are posted in a thread you’re following or when new topics appear in a category you care about.

Log in to the Experience Hub

You must be logged in to manage subscriptions. 

• To access the Hub, navigate to the website URL. You can find it in your welcome email OR simply type in https://experience.ensorahealth.com/ 

• In the upper right-hand corner of the home page, click the Login button. Then click the large button that says Login with your Support Hub Account.  

• Sign in using your Ensora Health Support Hub credentials. If you have never logged in before or have questions about logging in, please read Logging into the Customer Experience Hub

Subscribe to a Single Thread 

Follow a specific conversation from start to finish. 

1. Find a thread by: 

• Browsing product specific discussions

  

   

• Using the global search bar to look for keywords, tags, or topics

  

   

• Exploring the Trending discussions at the bottom of the community homepage

  

   

• Scrolling unanswered questions in the Help Others tab on the community homepage

  

   

3. Open the thread you want to follow. 

4. Click the Subscribe button at the bottom of the box containing the start of the thread.

   

    

• You will now receive notifications whenever a new reply is posted in that thread.

Subscribe to a Category 

Get alerts whenever new posts are made in an entire topic area. 

1. Navigate to the category page (e.g., ABA Suite, General Questions)

   

    

2. Click the Subscribe to Updates button at the top right of the category page.
    

   

    

• You will now receive notifications for all new threads posted in that category.

Unsubscribe From Threads 

Adjust your preferences anytime. 

1. Go to your profile menu in the upper right hand corner of the Hub and select Subscriptions from the drop down menu.

   

    

2. You will be taken to a page which shows all of your category and post subscriptions. From here you can easily choose the thread or category from which you wish to unsubscribe. Once you open the thread, simply click the Unsubscribe button.

Knowing When to Subscribe 

Stay updated on the conversations and topics that matter to you. 

You may choose to subscribe to a thread or category when.... 

• You want to get notified when someone responds to your question. 

• You want to stay in the loop on ongoing discussions you’re interested in. 

• You are trying to keep track of new questions in a category where you have expertise. 

• You are hoping to follow product announcements, updates, or feature discussions without having to check manually.
