The Ensora Experience Hub is your go-to destination for on-demand training, learning paths, and educational resources. There are two ways to access the platform, depending on your credentials and onboarding status.

Login with Your Support Hub Account

This is the preferred and easiest method of logging into the Customer Experience Hub. If you’ve been given access to the Ensora Health Support Hub, you can log into the Experience Hub using your Support Hub credentials. If you are unsure about whether you have Support Hub credentials or have misplaced them, please reach out to your contact at Ensora Health Customer Support.

 

  1. Visit the Ensora Experience Hub website at https://experience.ensorahealth.com/
  2. Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click the Login with your Support Hub account button.





















     
  4. Enter your Username/Email and Password that you use for the Support Hub.
  5. Click Log in.
    After logging in, you will be automatically redirected back to the Experience Hub to select your username and complete the sign-in process. You can always return at a later date to access your profile and update any additional information or settings.

    NOTE: When selecting a username for your account, please choose something respectful and appropriate for a professional and inclusive community environment. Usernames should not contain offensive language, impersonate others, or include personal information such as your full name, phone number, or email address. We recommend using a variation of your first name or initials, combined with numbers or other characters if needed (e.g., "Alex_J87"). Usernames must adhere to these guidelines and may be moderated if deemed inappropriate. See Edit Your Profile in the Ensora Experience Hub for more information.

Create a New Account

This is an alternative method of logging into the Customer Experience Hub. If you don’t yet have Support Hub credentials or your Support Hub login isn’t working, you can create a standalone Experience Hub account to get started right away. If you are unsure about whether you have Support Hub credentials or have misplaced them, please reach out to your contact at Ensora Health Customer Support.

 

  1. Visit the Ensora Experience Hub website https://experience.ensorahealth.com/
  2. Click the Login button in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Click Create an account to create a new account.


















     
  4. Complete the sign-up form with the requested information and click Register. You can always return at a later date to access your profile and update any additional information or settings.

Usernames should not contain offensive language, impersonate others, or include personal information such as your full name, phone number, or email address.   5. You will receive an email from us with your account activation. (If you haven’t received an email from us within five minutes of registration, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the activation email, please contact our team at experience@ensorahealth.com.)
  6. Click the activate button in the confirmation email you will receive.
