New Features & Improvements
- Clients
- Appointment reminders can now be sent to a client’s contacts by text, phone, or email. These reminders can be enabled directly from the client’s Contact Network, helping keep everyone informed and reduce missed appointments. Learn More: Enable Appointment Reminders for Client Contacts
- Billing
- You can now update service modifiers directly from the invoice instead of only at the service type level. This can be done before claims submission and when a claim has been rejected, denied, or paid/processed.
- When switching from a non-partnered to a partnered clearinghouse, claim status badges that were previously shown for non-partnered clearinghouses will no longer appear. With a partnered clearinghouse, claim statuses can be viewed in other areas of the system.
- If you switch from a partnered clearinghouse to a non-partnered one, any claims you previously submitted externally will now have “External” appended to the label, making it easy to continue identifying them.
- Dynamic Forms
- The PDF downloads for dynamic forms have been improved to ensure consistent spacing and margins across all sections. These visual improvements make printed and downloaded forms look more professional and easier to read.
- A new setting is now available for select fields in dynamic forms that prevents the content from being copied forward into subsequent progress notes or forms. This feature supports more individualized documentation by ensuring that certain fields are completed uniquely for each session.

- Reports
- Both the Legacy and New Detailed Attendance reports now load faster, even for large datasets. In the New Detailed Attendance report, you can also filter out archived clients and service types, and view three new columns showing note signature status and primary/secondary insurer details.
Defect Fixes
- Schedule
- Corrected an issue where the calendar view was showing a continuous block showing unavailability instead of displaying the proper blocks of time intended for unavailability to schedule. This has now been fixed
- For organizations on our new scheduling experience, the “Ending by” date picker now displays fully when creating a repeating appointment in the new appointment modal, making it easier to select an end date without the calendar being cut off.
- Corrected an issue in the appointment modal's time picker where times that did not include a leading zero were not able to be manually updated. You can now manually enter times with or without a leading zero into the appointment modal.
- Cases & Notes
- Corrected an issue where changing the progress note template after selecting a past appointment caused the selected appointment to disappear. This has been fixed so that the appointment remains visible and the correct appointment list displays based on the selected service start date.
- Corrected an issue where when Printing PDF of progress notes with an older addendum were displaying an error. Now when Printing progress notes with addendums there are no errors.
- Corrected an issue where a Wiley progress note was incorrectly applied to a client who already had a note for the same group appointment, causing the appointment details page to fail to load. This has been fixed so that progress notes are no longer duplicated, and the appointment details page loads as expected.
- Corrected an issue where if a tenant had the telehealth validation setting on, when attempting to open a progress note an error would display. We have corrected this issue and now no error displays.
- Fixed an issue where after creating a progress note and refreshing the page, the progress note would not reload. The page now reloads correctly to show the saved note details.
- Billing
- Corrected an issue when a claim was marked as Rejected or Denied from the ERA received tab followed by marking as Processed, where the claim was incorrectly moved to the Paid/Processed tab which prevented you from taking necessary actions on the claim. This has been corrected, ensuring claims remain in the Rejected/Denied tab after being marked as Rejected or Denied, even after the ERA is processed.
Claims marked as Rejected or Denied in the ERA Received tab now remain in the Rejected/Denied tab even after processing. Previously, they could incorrectly move to the Paid/Processed tab, preventing further action.

- Dynamic Forms
- Corrected an issue where no activity log entry was being created when a dynamic form or an intake form was deleted. This has been fixed so the activity log entry will be shown as expected.
