Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) with Wibbi: Clinics can now run RTM through Wibbi from setup to billing. Wibbi billing data automatically becomes RTM notes and claims in Fusion.

Setup and patient activation: Admins can connect Fusion to Wibbi RTM from Admin → Add-Ons, set up the clinic's RTM billing codes and turn RTM coverage off for specific payers. Clinicians can turn RTM on or off for a patient's case and open Wibbi straight from the patient's chart.

RTM notes and signing: When Wibbi sends billing data, Fusion creates an RTM note draft on a new RTM Notes page in Docs. Therapists can review, sign, revise, reclaim and send notes for co-signature, just like daily notes. RTM notes also appear in the patient's Documents list.

RTM claims and billing: Once charges are submitted, Fusion can create the RTM claim automatically, using a default place of service (POS) code set by the admin. Claims, statements, the Charge Summary report and the patient's Visits tab all handle RTM charges the same way they handle visit-based charges.

Ensai Note Enhancement: Clinicians can click Improve with Ensai on any note text field to get an AI-suggested rewrite. They can then accept the suggestion or dismiss it. Admins can turn the feature on or off in Document Settings. It's off by default for existing clinics and on by default for clinics created after release.
NOTE: Ensai Notes Enhancement will be available in early November.

New Insights Reports: Each New Insights report now shows a "data current as of" timestamp in the clinic's time zone, so it's clear how recent the report's data is.

Inactive User Evaluation Filter: Fixed an issue where filtering an inactive user's completed documents by evaluation type left out evaluations that weren't linked to a visit or were linked to a Normal Visit.

Activity Log Daylight Saving Time Shift: Fixed an issue where activity log times moved by an hour after a daylight saving time change. Entries now show the time the action actually happened.

Bank Account Search Failing: Fixed an issue where searching for a bank always failed when adding a bank account as a payment method. Fusion now uses Plaid's current, supported connection.
