- Expiring Authorization Alert
- An alert will now appear when scheduling an appointment for a patient with an authorization that is approaching or has passed the end date. The timeframe for an authorization to be considered expiring is based on the clinics authorization reminder settings.

- Missing Authorization Alert
- An alert will now appear when scheduling an appointment for a patient without an authorization if the payers Missing Authorization Alerts option is turned on.

- More Information for Superbills
- When the Show Billing Details option is turned on, invoices with charges from an appointment will now include the patients date of birth and the address of the appointments location.
- An admin can now turn on an option to include GO, GP, or GN modifiers on invoices for all billing codes submitted from an OT, PT, or Speech services.
- Improved Stability for Status Updates
- Reminders for Status Updates will now consider only the last 12 months of appointments to improve performance and stability.
Defect Fixes
- Zeros in Billing Codes are Sometimes Being Removed on Charges report
- If a billing code has leading zeroes, such as 00011, the full number will now be included in the Charges report in new Insights. Previously, leading zeroes did not appear.
- Missing Rx Expiration Reminders
- Resolved an issue that sometimes caused Rx Expiration reminders not to appear.
- Duplicates in the Charges Report
- Resolved an issue that caused duplicate rows to appear in the Charges report in new Insights in some situations.
