New Features & Improvements

  • Organization

    • Practice Chat can be enabled under your Organization settings to allow you and your team to communicate quickly and effectively in your practice.
      • Chat one-on-one or in a group message. 
      • See who is logged in or away and for how long. 
      • Minimize and expand the chat, so it is visible only when you need it.
         
  • Cases & Notes

    • Changes to a clients diagnosis codes will no longer modify the Diagnostic Impressions field when viewing previously signed progress notes or treatment plans in the application, and will now match the PDF document.
      An error message will appear when a staff member attempts to sign or approve a progress note if the diagnosis codes have been removed at the same time by another staff member. 

 

 

Defect Fixes 

  • Schedule

    • Corrected an issue where appointments that were part of a recurring series that were past 60 days in the future would show an end time of 12AM instead of the true end time. This has been corrected to show the true end time of the appointment.
    • Corrected an issue where the Default Schedule View User Preference was not redirecting the Users to the correct Schedule View when clicking on Schedule within the lefthand navigation.
       
  • Client Portal

    • Corrected an issue where sometimes the secure messages counter was showing in a negative value. This has been corrected so that the correct number will show under the secure messages.
