New Features & Improvements

• Show a Picture on a Form Preview

  • When adding a picture without annotations to a Custom Assessment Section, the image will now appear when the document is previewed, printed, or downloaded (Word or PDF). This update ensures visual content is consistently available across all review and export formats—without requiring annotations. Pictures that include annotations will continue to display only when annotations are applied in the document.

• Multiple Tax ID Support

  • Clinics with multiple tax IDs can now assign a different tax ID and billing address to each location in Fusion, enabling multi‑location and multi‑entity organizations to send claims, receive remits, and generate reports using the correct tax ID for every location. Defect Fixes

• Insurance History Issues: Verification Page 

  • We have corrected two issues affecting verification reminders and patient navigation.

    • Patient Dialog Navigation
      Previously, clicking a verification reminder opened the patient dialog at the top of the page. It now automatically scrolls directly to the Payers section and highlights the specific payer associated with the reminder you selected.

    • Verification List Refresh
      Previously, updates to a payer (such as changing active dates) would not refresh the verifications list. The verifications list now automatically refreshes to reflect changes—matching the behavior that already existed for authorization reminders.

• Subscription Invoices Showing Not Paid

  • Resolved an issue that caused some paid subscription invoices that were paid by check to incorrectly show as not paid in Fusion.

• Test And Measure Not Populating as Expected

  • A rare formatting issue related to custom Tests and Measures caused tables to overflow and become hidden instead of continuing onto the next page, preventing them from displaying correctly in completed notes. The table now correctly flows onto the next page, ensuring it renders fully and consistently across all output formats.

• Unable to Run Legacy Goals Report

  • Resolved an issue that prevented the legacy Goals Insights report from running.
