New Features & Improvements

 

  • External Claims Submission - External Claims for RCM Customers
    • If you're connected to one of our partnered clearinghouses, you can now mark a claim for External Submission directly from the Claims page. This feature helps you manually track statuses and financials for paper claims, submissions to external payer portals, or other situations where the claim doesn't go through the integrated clearinghouse.

      NOTE: This feature was made available to those without our Ensora RCM services in January 2025. This release now makes it available for those with Ensora RCM services as well. 

       

  • Task Page Standardization
    • We’ve applied our page standardization concepts to the Tasks workspace (formerly My Tasks), giving it a cleaner, more consistent look and feel.
  • System-Wide
    • Upgraded the reCAPTCHA version from v2 to v3 for THN and MCP3 to enhance security while maintaining a seamless user experience. Unlike v2, which required visible challenges, v3 analyzes user behavior in the background to detect bots, reducing friction and improving fraud prevention.

 

 

Defect Fixes

 

  • Schedule
    • Corrected an issue when a series of appointments for a group telehealth session was created, and then at least one of the clients in the group was archived, an error was occurring on the agenda page and not loading appointments. This has been corrected so that no error will show and appointments will load as expected.
    • Previously, when searching for clients in the new appointment modal, clients with very short names (e.g., "Jo") may not have appeared in the results, especially if many other clients shared those characters. We've improved the search to:
      • Remove the limit on how many clients appear.

      • Prioritize results when a client’s first or last name starts with your search.

      • Show other matching results that contain the search term.

    • Corrected an issue where duplicate appointments were appearing in the client’s Appointment History page that could not be deleted. This has been fixed so that these appointments have been removed as expected.
  • Billing
    • Fixed an issue where staff with access only to individual cases were unable to view claims tied to group cases, due to a missing connection between invoices and the assigned user. The update ensures restricted staff can now access relevant claim data in group case scenarios without error.
    • Corrected an issue where the re-authorization reminder alert message and email reminder were not being sent out when there was only 1 authorized unit remaining. This has been corrected so that the reminder and email will show as expected.
    • We corrected an issue where date or date range selections in billing automation exclusion rules (for automatic invoice creation, invoice processing, or claim submission) were off by a day. For example, selecting May 21st would incorrectly populate May 20th. Your selected dates will now match exactly in the rule.
  • Reports
    • Resolved an issue in the 'Payroll by Rendering Provider' report where selecting 'Mark All' in the Paid column for customers with large datasets could result in an error.
