- Request a Visit Signature
- You can now request a signature to confirm services were performed, allowing the portal user to provide the signature via the patient portal. Once a visit signature has been provided via the patient portal, it will be included automatically on daily notes when viewing, downloading, emailing or faxing the document.

Request a Visit Signature:To request a visit signature while editing a daily note, click the Visit Signature button at the bottom, click the Portal tab, and select a portal user associated with the patient to send the request to.
You can also request a visit signature for a daily note that has already been completed. Navigate to the list of completed daily notes and click the Visit Signature icon.
This icon will change if a visit signature has already been requested and is pending, or once a signature has been provided (whether it was provided via the patient portal or in person).
- The Visit Signature
icon indicates that the document does not have a visit signature. (You can click this icon to Request a Visit Signature via the Patient Portal.)
- The Visit Signature Pending
icon indicates that a visit signature has been requested via the portal but has not been completed by the portal user.
- The Visit Signature Provided
icon indicates that a visit signature has been provided.
After a visit signature has been requested, you can also cancel the request and send it to a different portal user by clicking the same Visit Signature button.
Portal User Experience:
When visit signature is requested, the portal user will receive an email asking them to log in to the patient portal to provide a signature.
In the patient portal, a notification banner will appear about the signature request. Click this banner to type a digital signature for the visit.
After submitting the signature, the portal user will also be prompted to download a copy of the signature for their records.

- Prompt to Select Case when Scheduling
- When scheduling an appointment for a patient with more than one case, the Case dropdown will now open automatically once the patient is selected so you can choose their case with one click.
Defect Fixes
- Waitlist Calendar Not Fully Visible on Page
- When adding or editing a waitlist entry, the calendar for the Waiting Since date will no longer be cut off when using Fusion on smaller screens.
