Portal

  • New Organization Setting to Enable/Disable Timesheets
    • A new organization-level setting has been added to Catalyst. Organizations can choose whether or not they still use the Timesheets features in Catalyst.

       

      IMPORTANT:  If your organization still uses any of the Timesheets features, it’s important that an administrator for your organization checks the box to “Enable Timesheets” in Administration > Organization Settings. This setting is available now but will not take effect until our mid-February release. 

 

 

Defect Fixes

 

Portal

  • Behavior Graphing "Merge data into single series" Showing Incorrect Rate for Count/Hour 
    • An issue with the Count/Hour graph for Rate Behaviors that have been merged into a single series has been resolved. 
  • Draft SOAP Notes created in the portal are showing in the “Published” section of the mobile app 
    • This issue has been resolved. 
  • Intermittently Receiving Error when Running Devices Report 
    • A database improvement has been applied to resolve an issue users reported running the Devices Report. 

 

App

  • When the user selects the "Intermixed" momentum type, the app does not auto-advance after the first momentum target is presented 
    • The app will now auto-advance as expected. 
  • New SOAP Notes intermittently being treated as SOAP Note edits 
    • We’ve applied a code change to resolve an issue where newly created SOAP Notes on the app are intermittently being treated as edits to a SOAP Note. 
  • When in a Template Signature Field and the User Presses the Device Back Button, the App Does Not Revert to Portrait Mode (remains in Landscape) 
    • This issue has been resolved. 
  • "Session Settings" are reset when the user taps refresh sync to sync certain data from the portal 
    • Session Settings in the app will no longer reset based on sync data. 
  • Some Students not Available for Download 
    • We’ve resolved an error on student download that could cause a student to not show in the “Available for Download” or “On Device” list on the app. 
  • Mobile SOAP Notes in Draft not Publishing without Making an Edit (released in hotfix) 
    • This issue has been resolved. Draft SOAP Notes can now be published from the app without requiring an edit to a field on the note. 
  • Fluency/Rate Target Timer Enhancements 
    • We’ve made improvements to Fluency/Rate target timers to improve performance issues. We’ll be making these same improvements to other target and behavior timers. 
  • When a User queues Students for User A and then pins in as User B, the student list is empty and does not show any students available to download 
    • This issue has been resolved.
