New Features & Improvements
- Custom Assessment Sections
- Users can now create and use clinic‑specific assessment sections to better match how they document care. Custom Assessment Sections make evaluations more relevant and tailored to a clinic’s unique approach.
- What is included:
- A new Assessment Sections area is available under Evaluations in Admin
- Ability to import existing team‑created sections
- Easy copying of sections for quick editing
- Support for clinic‑created or team‑defined categories
- Clearer section headings in evaluation templates
- What has changed from Team Assessment Sections:
- Custom sections are restricted to the clinic that creates them
- The +Section button in the Team area has been renamed to +Form
- Any heading added to a form will now display in the form’s header bar
- Inbound Faxing
- The system now supports inbound faxing, allowing clinics to receive and manage faxes directly within the platform. Incoming faxes can be viewed, organized, and assigned to patients—reducing manual steps and improving document workflows.
- Clinics can use dedicated inbound fax numbers, control who can manage faxes, and assign faxes to existing or new patients from a centralized fax queue—making it easier to keep patient records complete and up to date. See Inbound Faxing for more information.
Defect Fixes
- Document Counts Not Updated Via Kiosk
- When an appointment is checked in via the kiosk, document counts on the schedule and Documents tab now update correctly. Previously, newly created notes did not refresh these counts; they are now updated automatically as part of the check-in process.
- Authorization Reminders X left Within Y Days
- Visit‑based authorization reminders now trigger correctly when remaining visits reach zero. Previously, reminders did not fire if the remaining visit count was exactly 0; they now trigger as expected when zero visits are left within the configured time frame.
- Intake Forms Not Reflecting Spaces
- Line breaks in description fields on fillable intake forms are now preserved when previewing or printing. Previously, blank lines were removed in the rendered document; the layout now correctly retains all new lines as entered.
- Single Visit with Multiple Processed Co-Payments
- An issue that allowed a co‑payment to be collected more than once has been resolved. Payment processing now correctly prevents duplicate co‑payments, ensuring only a single co‑payment is recorded per visit. Users will see a notification that a payment is being processed if they attempt to record another payment.
