Defect Fixes

• Exclude canceled / no-show appointments from unavailable time
  • An appointment that has been marked as Clinic Canceled, Patient Canceled, or No Show will no longer prevent portal users from requesting appointments for the same time slot.
• Appointment hover hidden behind other appointments
  • Resolved an issue that could cause the appointment hover to be hidden behind other appointments on the calendar for some types of devices.
• Date of checkout changes every time receipt is printed
  • When printing a receipt for a payment processed through checkout, the date the transaction was submitted will now be shown on the receipt. Previously, it showed the current date.
