We would like to request that appointment reminders require patients to respond.           - If they press cancel - a message pops up instructing them to call our office, and the office receives notice that patient is wanting to cancel (red X on the appt)           - If they press confirm - a message pops up thanking them for confirming and that we’re looking forward to seeing them soon.  and the office receives notice that patient is confirmed (green check mark on the schedule).

How do you review peer documentation before they sign the document?

I have had several clients request statements for various reasons.  I am able to print statements, but any claim with a copay does not show on the statement.  What is the trick to get a full statement, listing out all claims and all related transactions?

This is a question for Fusion users. What is your process like for collecting patient payments? Currently, we put the expected patient payment amounts in the patient alert. Every day, we run an insight report that includes each patient alert and then one of our remote team members processes cards on file to collect each payment. It’s a very manual process, and we’d like to find ways to automate it more.

I am running my first payroll report - we are missing charges from only one therapist… which setting am I missing for this one employee??

I am billing a timed code that is 30 minutes each unit. If I put the codes as timed, it tallies it per 15 minutes. I have entered the code as untimed but I need to bill 2 units per 1 hour. How do I add multiple units for this code?

Rehab Therapy Suite is returning to the Fusion name you know and trust. Watch for it across everything we do in the coming weeks.

When attempting to send an Eligibility Report for a payer we currently only have the option to add our Group NPI as the “Provider” instead of each clinician’s NPI as a provider.  How do I add each clinician’s NPI to these requests?  Their NPI’s are listed in their user profiles.  

Our practice uses Ensora Rehab Therapy (formerly Fusion) to manage the practice, scheduling and billing for OT/ST/ABA therapy; and  Ensora Data Collection (Catalyst). Scheduling ABA Therapy in Rehab Suite is proving to be a challenge as we grow the program, due to nuances such as supervision. Is anyone using Rehab with ABA and Catalyst together, even though we’ve been told they don’t integrate completely? If so, would love to know how it’s working, and if you are satisfied.
