PERMISSIONS REQUIRED: You must have Administrator Permissions or higher.

 

Practice Chat allows you and your team to communicate quickly and effectively in your practice.

  • Chat one-on-one or in a group message.
  • See who is logged in or away and for how long.
  • Minimize and expand the chat, so it is visible only when you need it.
     

Turn Practice Chat On or Off

  1. Click Organization tab in primary navigation bar.
  2. In Settings, click the Manage Chat tab.
  3. Select Turn On box.
  4. Title your Organization Chat window. This is what displays at the top of your chat.
  5. Click Save Changes.
