I am trying to figure out how to view both a clinician’s availability and their scheduled appointments on the same screen in TheraNest. Right now I have to click back and forth between the calendar that shows the appointments scheduled and the availability tab, which is quite difficult.

At this time, TheraNest does not offer a way to view both a clinician's availability and their scheduled appointments on the same screen. Availability and scheduled appointments are displayed in separate views, so switching between them is currently required.
We understand how having both pieces of information visible at once could make scheduling much easier, and we'd be happy to share this feedback with our Product team as a potential future enhancement.
