Although I can see the ZZ and taxonomy code in box 24 I and J, my PEHP insurance company says they cannot see it. Neither Theranest nor PEHP has a solution for this. I have claims from July that PEHP refuses to pay. I do not want to manually print out each HICF form and mail them in. Please HELP!
