superbills sent via secure portal

Hi!

While there isn't currently a way to send a superbill directly through the Client Portal, you can securely share it with your client using our Secure Messaging feature.

Step 1: Save the superbill as a PDF.

• Select Print Superbill to generate the PDF.
• From the PDF viewer, save the file to your device.

Step 2: Send the PDF through Secure Messaging.

• Create a new secure message to the client through the Client Portal.
• Attach the saved PDF to the message before sending.

This method allows you to securely deliver superbills through the Client Portal rather than email. If you have any questions about the process, please let us know. 😊

Thank you.  I am aware of this method.  It opens up the possibility of accidentally sending the wrong superbill to the wrong client when sending many superbills to different clients the same day.  I hope that you will consider this feature as this would decrease the possibility of human error.  Thank  you.
