Hi! Our practice has several different Progress Note Templates, including EMDR-specific notes, session notes, treatment plans, and safety plans. Is there a way to make the Summary of each note in the progress note tab identify the template name instead of only the service date so they are easy to find when needed? Thanks!

The Session Focus field will appear in the summary/list view of the Progress Notes section.
If your templates don't currently include a Session Focus field, you can edit your progress note templates to add one. A common workaround is to have staff enter the note type in that field, such as "EMDR Note," "Treatment Plan," or "Safety Plan."
I've included a screenshot below showing an example where I entered "Test TEST TEST" in the Session Focus field so you can see how it displays in the list view.
While there isn't currently a way to have the template name automatically appear in the summary, this approach can make it much easier to identify and locate specific note types at a glance.
