Is the screen share feature available for virtual groups?

I recently had to update my payment method for my Ensora subscription and now text reminders aren’t going out. I have checked the settings in my profile and email reminders are turned on but I don’t see anywhere to turn text reminders back on. I really rely on that feature so my clients are able to cancel via text 24-hours prior to their appointment time. This setting is turned on (see attached screenshot) but it’s not clear whether it’s email or text. I previously had emails go out 48-hours prior to the appointment and texts go out 24-hours prior. Help please?

Hello everyone!Can someone point me to the guidance on how the new Contact Network actually functions for the Appointment Reminders? Specifically for Parents (who are active clients) and whose children (are active clients). How do the appointment reminders function on their end? Additionally - when a Parent is active with one therapist, and their child is active with another therapist, and the “Reminders Log” is used for communications - it uses the one phone number for both thereby sending notifications to both Therapists.If the answer to that is to NOT put a phone number in the minor client’s account - then we will have no way to know if the reminder goes out as there does not seem to be an “automated” function that appears on the agenda to confirm or cancel from the reminders sent through the Contact Network. - Unless I’m missing something here? Thanks in advance for any guidance or education provided here. P.s. Every time I put a new appointment into my calendar, it says this….what am I missing here?? Every “knowledge base” article the pictures do not look like mine?Thanks 

So, who else is using this and what do you think of it? I can't decide whether or not to implement this or not. I’m a little worried about the HIPAA implications and possible issues. 👀
