Ensora Health uses a Support Hub for support cases & knowledge base articles. This allows for streamlined communication and more resources at your fingertips.
Step 1: Visit the Support Hub login page
Navigate to the Support Hub Account Login page.
Step 2: Click the 'Sign up' Button
In the lower right-hand corner of the sign-in box, click on the link labeled Not a member?

Step 3: Complete Portal Registration Form
After clicking the Sign Up link, you should be redirected to a Portal Self-Registration form where you are required to provide the system with:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone

NOTE: As the system is using this information to match your client records, please be sure to use the business email you provided to the Ensora Health team when you purchased your product.
Step 4: Submit the Form
After populating the required information, click the Next button on the form

Step 5: Create a Password
Once your sign-up information has been authenticated, you will have receive an email from Support (support@ensorahealth.com) with a link. Click that link to access the Hub and create your password.
