Connex FAQs

Why do I need to use Connex?

The claim importing system is set to import certain file types. Our system is not able to important PDF files properly on it's own. However, with Connex, we are able to convert claims from PDFs to a standard accepted format called Print Image. Without Connex, we wouldn't be able to convert the claims to the Print Image format, and would then be unable to send the claims to the insurance companies.
