Open Session in New Tab (Enable Pop-Ups)

When you start a session you will need to enable pop-ups on your browser so that the session can open in a new tab.

Enable Browser Pop-Ups

1. Join a Session.
2. If your Telehealth session did not open, click the click here link to reopen and enable pop-ups.
   
   
    
   • Chrome - Click Always allow pop-up and redirects from https://app.thera-link.com and then click Done.
     
     
      
   • Firefox - Click Options and select Allow pop-ups for app.thera-link.com
      
      
   • Safari - Click the Pop-up blocker icon in URL to enable.
