Users can delete single Appointments as well as delete or end recurring Appointments. If you wish to indicate a client missed or rescheduled an appointment change the appointment status on the agenda. This prevents the appointment from being removed from the appointment history.

  1. Locate appropriate Appointment on Calendar.
  2. Single click on Appointment and click the Delete icon.
  3. Confirm deletion.
     






     

NOTE: You cannot delete a group appointment that is linked to a signed group note. An error message opens to let you know.

Delete Recurring Appointment

While you can delete a series from the Calendar, it is often helpful to be able to see all of a Client's Appointments at one time. You will want to find the NEXT recurring Appointment, as it will delete that Appointment and all Appointments in that series going forward.
 

NOTE: You cannot delete Appointments for an Archived Client. Reactivate the Client, delete all desired (recurring) Appointments and then deactivate the Client again.

  1. Click Clients in the navigation bar, then select All Clients from the drop-down.
  2. Click on appropriate Client.
  3. Click Appointments in the navigation bar.
  4. Recurring Appointments are indicated with a 2021-02-17_13-18-47.png icon.
  5. Locate and click on the next Recurring Appointment.
     





















     
  6. Click Edit Series. The appointment window opens. 
     








     
  7. Click Delete and confirm.
