New Features & Improvements Prescription Message ID   Prescription Message ID is now surfaced in the Prescription History. This may be referenced if a prescription is identified as missing at a pharmacy. Electronic Fax Electronic fax is no longer permitted in Minnesota. Faxed prescriptions must be signed by hand. Failed Transmission Notifications Failed Transmission notifications will now be emailed to users who have signed up for notifications under the User Profile.   Defect Fixes DEA Maintenance DEA Maintenance will now support multiple DEANs not associated with a given location. Failed Prescription Transmissions Corrected a bug that could prevent failed prescription transmissions from being deleted from the Failed Rx list. State-Controlled Drugs Corrected a bug that could impact state-controlled drugs.

New Features & ImprovementsError message display The full error message is now displayed on the Failed Rx table and in the Prescription History table. Unmapped Pharmacy messages Patient selection is now required upon selection of any unmapped pharmacy message (e.g. renewals or change requests).   Defect FixesPrescriber Report Corrected a bug that could impact the proper date range display for prescriptions within the report. Transmit page Corrected the display of the Effective Date to always show the full date. Customer Maintenance Portal Addressed a performance issue that could cause timeouts. Users may now be marked inactive without first clearing the FTE%. An incorrect DEAN entry will no longer clear all fields for display.

New Features & ImprovementsOffice Notes Prescriptions now show an Internal Note indicator displayed on the Compose and MedEntry pages if a note is present.  Clicking the note opens it in a modal display. Subscription Payments Subscriptions can now be transferred between credit cards without canceling the original subscription.   Defect FixesClosed Sig Builder An issue was corrected that could occur when editing Active Medications. 2 Factor Authentication Signing Tool ​​​​​​​A defect was resolved the could prevent the 2FA signing tool display for some users. Pharmacy Renewal Requests ​​​​​​​We fixed a defect where digital signatures were not applied to state-controlled substances in approved pharmacy renewal requests. Customer Maintenance Portal ​​​​​​​DEAN for a prescriber now updates dynamically. Sorting behavior by Billing field was corrected.
