New Features & Improvements

  • Support CenterAsk Ensai
    • Access support through the new Ask Ensai experience, from the Ask Ensai button in the top navigation bar or by selecting Chat with Support from the Support Center menu. This provides a single place to start a support conversation.
  • Schedule
    • The first-run experience for trial accounts has been updated to make availability settings more intuitive and reduce scheduling warnings when creating initial appointments. The organization’s selected time zone now sets the staff member’s preferred time zone, helping keep availability aligned across the schedule. Default availability has been expanded to 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, covering both in-person and telehealth appointments.
    • Sample recurring appointments in new trial accounts now appear from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM in the staff member's configured time zone, making them easier to find when first viewing the schedule.
  • Cases & Notes
    • The Wiley editing banner is now hidden for staff with read-only permissions who do not have a Wiley subscription, reducing confusion for users who cannot edit Wiley notes.
  • Reports
    • Updated reports now use Date Start and Date End instead of Date From and Date To, providing more consistent terminology across reporting screens.
    • The Payroll by Rendering Provider and Payroll Data Export reports now use the modernized report experience, with improved navigation and accessibility.
    • Payroll actions in the Payroll by Rendering Provider Report have been updated for clarity: status badges replace the previous X and checkmark controls, the Paid column is now labeled Actions, and clearer options are available to mark items as Due or Paid Out. These changes make it easier to identify payment status and mark items as paid.
  • Organization
    • The Appointment Reminders setup pages have been updated with improved consistency, accessibility, and navigation.
  • System-wide
    • Tables throughout the application now use bordered styling by default, adding separation between rows and columns to improve readability.

Defect Fixes

  • Schedule
    • Switching a non-client calendar event to a telehealth appointment could incorrectly trigger a validation error. You can now change the appointment directly to telehealth without first saving it as in-person.
    • Editing a recurring non-client event could fail to save updates for organizations where the staff and organization time zones differed. Occurrences within long-running recurring events can now be edited and saved successfully.
    • Editing a single occurrence of a recurring non-client event past November 1st could create a duplicate calendar entry when staff and organization time zones differed. Updates now correctly replace the original occurrence, preventing duplicate events.
  • Clients
    • A success message could appear after updating a client’s name even when a blank entry caused the save to fail. The system now displays a validation message when the client name is left blank and prevents the record from being saved.
    • Client details such as birth date, additional email, SSN, client flags, client ID number, and age did not refresh when switching between clients from the recently viewed menu. These fields now update correctly when moving between client records.
    • Newly created accounts were sometimes blocked from adding prospective clients and completing other account-creation actions due to permission errors. All actions needed during account creation are now available as expected.
  • Cases & Notes
    • Short-answer dynamic form fields with a data type of None sometimes did not appear in the progress note, which could block saving or submitting a note to a supervisor when those fields were required. These fields now display correctly when a progress note is opened, allowing required values to be entered and saved.
    • Diagnostic impressions could disappear from a progress note after the note was unsigned and re-signed. This information now stays visible throughout the signing workflow.
  • Staff
    • Corrected an issue that prevented some staff members from updating their profiles due to backend errors. Staff profile information can now be updated successfully.
  • System-wide
    • Opening certain Actions menus in data tables removed the page scrollbar, which could hide menu options at the bottom of the screen on some display sizes. Actions dropdown options remain visible and accessible on all supported screen sizes.
